Excellent scooter at a very good price …
3 days after ordering the scooter arrived. Easy,minimal assembly. Booklet needs updating regarding the operation to freewheel as it says it operates with a red button but soon realised it works with a yellow handle and there is no red button. Early days but so far it’s very good. Great value and a solid build quality. Very happy with this purchase.

Super fast delivery of the ferritin…
Super fast delivery of the ferritin test that I ordered. Unfortunately I struggled to get enough blood to get a result but Anna from Welzo sent me a discount code for another test so all I had to pay was the delivery cost. I am yet to do the test again but impressed by the customer service so far. The only thing I could suggest for an improvement is to include a pipette in the kit to make it easier to collect the blood and put into the tube.

The Welzo Freefold X…
I purchased the Welzo Freefold X scooter and have used it several times now. While initially I thought it was great I now have some reservations. The noise it makes is awful, although Welzo say it is OK. I’m sure they have never had to sit listening to it whirl moving along the pavement. People have even commented on it as they can hear me coming! The battery is situated where you feet are so it tends to get rather stuck and hard to take out to recharge. I also think you need to be quite short for this scooter as you cannot change the seat height. It’s good for me cos I’m only 5ft but I wonder how others have managed. All in all it’s a good little scooter but the noise it makes ruins the journey.

Brilliant product, purity and background processing checks all present and clear. Trusted and safe. Definitely helps with my sleep, and removing that cortisol, the enemy of a bodybuilder. Faulty damaged scooter, terrible service
My mum ordered a mobility scooter, paying extra for 24 hour delivery. She had to continually chase and reported to her bank for potential fraud before it was delivered nearly 3 weeks later.
The scooter has a number of problems including faulty screen, its noisy, it has a lifeboat sticker on it suggesting its second hand, along with being scratched. Video evidence has been provided. The response was to suggest that mum and dad try to repair the screen themselves. After 6 days of appalling service and the faults not being taking seriously, they have asked for the scooter to be returned and a full refund under the Consumer Credit Act. Even this is being dealt with poorly.
This is now being dealt with.

I cannot recommend Welzo.
On 11 August, I received a different lamp from the one I had ordered. I contacted customer service, hoping the mistake would be sorted out, but after numerous emails, I felt frustrated and disappointed. The biggest problem was the lack of real communication. I never felt that anyone was actually listening or trying to understand my concerns.
My money has now been refunded, but unfortunately, I am still not a satisfied customer. I never received the lamp I had actually ordered, and the whole experience caused me unnecessary stress and frustration.
I don’t think it’s too much to expect to receive what you pay for and to be able to speak to a real person when something goes wrong.
It’s a shame, but after this experience, I cannot recommend Welzo.
