Disappointing service and recurring check-in errors
I've used this service for four years and was always happy, but the experience has changed. Twice now, I've missed a workout due to system errors. Once, the app let me check into a full class, and today, it automatically checked me into a class I couldn't attend. Customer service refuses to cancel the check-in or resolve the issue, washing their hands of the problem and leaving me unable to train despite paying ninety euros a month. It's unacceptable.

Charged after leaving my employer - resolved, but only after two weeks and escalation
My Wellhub benefit came through my employer. When I left in late August, the benefit should have ended - instead Wellhub charged my personal card $41.36 in September for a subscription I never wanted or authorized. The account was tied to my old work email, so I couldn't log in to cancel. Support ticket the day of the charge, a follow-up a week later, two weeks of silence. Only after escalating further did they cancel and process the refund. The product may be fine, but if your employment ends, watch your card - and don't expect support to be quick.

Worthless service
My employer provided this service to me for free, I signed up to test it, never used it because there was nothing 'free' about it but the ability to login. The benefit I got through my employer was a free annual subscription. I signed up, little did I know that when I left my employer they would charge me to cancel the subscription. I also don't see a point in this service I'm fully capable of finding fitness classes and paying for them, what do I need to pay this company for? because that's all they do, curate list of classes you can signup and pay for. Useless platform.

This is not just a directory of gyms, but an active network you can access according to the plan you choose.
Regarding the charge you mentioned after leaving your company, what likely happened is that your subscription remained active, leading to a standard monthly renewal charge rather than a cancellation fee.
Please note that the price may have changed because your plan was no longer partially covered by your employer, switching your subscription to the standard rate.

Grande leque de opções
Um dos principais pontos positivos, indubitavelmente, é a possibilidade de o usuário poder praticar sua atividade física preferida em qualquer lugar sem ser preocupar com inscrições ou diárias adicionais. Mesmo para quem quer apenas variar de academia, sem necessariamente ser a trabalho, o leque de opções é grande. Em compensação, um ponto muito negativo é o fato de o aplicativo só poder ser utilizado como "benefício" para funcionários de grandes empresas. Pessoas físicas, profissionais liberais, profissionais autônomos ou mesmo no caso de demissão do funcionário, não há a possibilidade de ter um aplicativo tão vantajoso.

Reservas la clase. Al día siguiente tienes que hacer checkin en la app. Si se te olvida te hacen pagar 10 euros si quieres volver a ir al gimnasio este mes. No te avisan de esto antes. Increíble.

¡Sabemos que a veces se olvida! Tienes 30 minutos antes y 30 minutos después de tu clase para hacerlo en la app. Activar las notificaciones push ayuda muchísimo como recordatorio.
• Tus accesos:
La cuota de reserva es opcional. Aunque no la pagues, sigues teniendo acceso a los gimnasios de acceso directo y apps de tu plan.
• Detalles de reserva:
En la parte inferior de cada clase siempre puedes consultar la política de cancelación.

If I could give them a 0
If I could give them a 0, I would. They have the WORST customer service. Even if you attend the class and show proof, they will not refund you the additional booking fee. The AI chat bot is terrible, and the real people are rude and not empathetic to their customers. I pay over 200$ a month for the service, I shouldn’t have to pay extra for a class I attended. They are scammers.

Planes demasiado caros
Hace tiempo que usaba Wellhub, en Barcelona tienen muy buena cobertura y la oferta es increíble, sin embargo, desde que me mudé a Mataró he tenido que dejar de usarlo. Aquí la oferta es muy reducida, cosa que entiendo, pero aun así, Wellhub ofrece algunas cosas, pero con planes completamente inaccesibles. Muchos de los centros solo se incluyen con la tarifa de 165€/ mes lo cual me parece una auténtica barbaridad, por lo que dado eso y doliéndome mucho he tenido que darme de baja ya que no me sale a cuenta pagar 165€/mes.

Tried 3 times in person to activate the code for the gym in person, after the support bot mentioned the issue has been resolved. The customer service is terrible it’s an AI chatbot that goes on loop. Please save yourself the hassle and go with someone else. Total waste of time.
