If I could give them a zero star rating I would. They took over 50% of the payment received, now some 19 months later they want another £100 as a success fee!!!!

They are the worst bunch of so and so's, DONT NOT ASK THESE TO PURSUE YOUR CLAIM.

Paid my fees with this company in full 18 months ago and now they are threatening to take me to court for £7.34 for some unexplained reason. As far as I'm concerned 'wefightanyclaims.com' can kiss my butt I have your receipt for payment in fulll from you so leave me alone

I would have given no stars if I could. As so many have said, reams and teams of paperwork, only for it to be resent after they say they haven’t received it/ it’s out of some time limit. You name it I’ve had the excuse. Different explanations each time I called for the delay, followed usually by yet more forms to sign. After just over a year my husband and I gave up. We both wrote to WFAC to stop the process. Then recently I had a bill for a settlement which I have never received. I explained to them and they said the money was waiting, I would just need to fill out another form. It was only a very small settlement (£70) where money had already been offered. Form was duly signed and returned. Today I got a text to say I needed to pay. Still no settlement. The man on the phone couldn’t seem to understand my problem. He suggested I call Santander myself! He said he “couldn’t understand What my problem was” when I said if I was going to go the work I wouldn’t be paying a fee to them! Then he said “ so you’re refusing to pay”!! These people are beyond frustrating. I told him just to drop it, and was then told to send a letter! He apparently can’t stop any calls to me ( I’m getting at least 3 a day). It’s really verging on harassment. As someone else said, lots if us have probably missed out on genuine claims because of the ineptitude of this company. Any claims companies want to take our cases on?????

I got small claim back from them which was paid into wrong account. I then received a txt at 20 past ten at night threatening legal action if I did not pay their fee immediately. It was time they had billed me.....absolutely shocking service, never responded to my emails about my claim either. Hope the day comes when customers get to claim payments back from them for mishandling claims. They are just parasites that made a fortune from people who had been scammed already and unwittingly are being again.

Wish I had read these before I begun.
I recieved £119 months ago and assumed their fee had been taken out of it, NO, 4 months later recieved a bill for £50, almost half of what I got !
Obviously they care even less now because of ppi ending, I'm on benefits and have at least a letter a week so I've borrowed the money to repay them, probs cost me what I recieved by the time I'm done, total and absolute waste of space.

Terrible company - never stop calling when you first apply then tails off. They just wrote off over £3000.00 which was supposed to be investigated with the Halifax. I rang a few times over 18 months and given a different story each time. Told it was with the Financial Ombudsman and could take up to 2 years, then was told I should have got a letter which I didn't so they just wrote it off. Really disgusted.

Bad company - terribly rude and unhelpful staff. This company seemed to be quite helpful to start with. I began the process of looking into unclaimed PPI with them in April 2019 and now in August 2019, they have done absolutely nothing. They asked me to complete a verification process as the deadline is fast approaching and their ridiculous system is telling me my birth date is wrong! I have sent copious email and telephoned to ask them to contact me, but they put you on hold and you never get to speak to anyone and then you are cut off. A couple of times in the early days I did speak to someone and they were very rude. I have just tried to call again and the only department that is answering is the Payments Team. They are the rudest of them all and just put you back into the system and don't care that you're getting absolutely nowhere and going round and round in circles.

They are the most frustrating company to deal with. This whole PPI farce is coming to an end. I wish I had never bothered with them and actually got a whole load of money back by approaching banks etc directly. DO NOT USE THESE BUNCH OF AMATEURS! Bad company and the staff have a very, very bad attitude!!

Over a year later and nothing! I filled out LOADS of paperwork for this apparently straight forward prrocess. They have earned me NOTHING at all, and even had the cheek to try to invoice me for the pleasure! I have asked them several times not to contact me and yet they keep texting. Avoid this company at all costs. They have done nothing to help me!

This is a sham of a company. I received more forms to complete today because apparently the others expired last November 2018. Eight months to send out new forms, good going wouldn't you say!!!!!.
These forms were not even completed correctly and having the voice of John Cleese on their ansafone just about says it all!!!!. When I said the reviews are not good, I was informed that pop stars get bad reviews, really, I wasn't aware I had contacted a pop star to retrieve any PPI owed to me. Please guys avoid this lot.

They cold called 5 years ago and then messed the claim up. Had to untangle mess and contact NRM ourselves. Never heard a thing then 6 years later they authorise solicitors.
We paid them off to get rid of the hassle. One useless horrible company. Wouldn't be surprised if they dissolve.

Contact with these people is an ordeal you phone them and wait forever for them to answer many times had to hang up If you email them then don't expect a reply they are to busy sitting by they're phones not answering them. If you want to pay excessive charges then this is the company for you. A terrible company with a comedian on the advert proving that they are a joke,

Overcharging charlatans.

They did very little else than forward on a few details to the lender. Lender declined their claim, so I had to do the bulk of the work with the FOS to get them to force the lender to pay me what I was owed.

I ended up, after WFAC's huge fee with around half of what I should have got.

Do the PPI claim yourself, this lot are just in it for a quick kill......
