I am getting court papers for non payment of fees that they say I owe. I haven’t received any pay out and they cannot give me proof of payment or dates it was settled.

I actually found them great at first, but almost 5yrs after one of my claims, they have sent bailiffs letters to me, to which I have no recollection of owing them any money as I paid my fees for the claims. Didn't hear a thing from them within those 5yrs and now I am getting continuous bailiff letters, to which they are saying they can't give me any more information other than the claim was in 2020, and I did not get any payout at all in 2020!

Never received the payout over a ppi claim and now they’re using baliffs to force me to pay £170 pounds.

Received a call from an agent, who calmly discussed the case, reviewed the information shared above and stopped bailiffs visiting my home.

This is a warning to ALL who are considering using we fight any claim!!
Firstly before you receive any payment from your claim you will be sent bailiff letters to your home address.
If this does not worry you because you could try and contact them thinking they have made a mistake with your case again be very worried!! There is no phone number to contact them!! They say you must email them or send them a letter!! Again this took 5 weeks to get a reply!!
They threaten you with bailiffs and call you a liar, not a great company the staff will tell you they work for a bunch of thugs! Eventually after threatening them with legal action they sent me a surprise email, NO apology what so ever and still thought I’d had my claim!!
Settled with them 3 months later after receiving my payout and yes they charged me 39% in total!!
Do not deal with these crooks, and if you do receive bailiffs letters threaten them with legal action!!! DO NOT use this corrupt crooked bunch of shitsters

Received a letter of claim from a Legal company claiming that I owe a fee of £1037.13 to the company. Apparently I made a claim on 09/09/2019 which I never did or signed anything. It ridiculous how they remembered that I owe fees after nearly 2 and half years later. If this was the case why not contact me earlier or send me reminders so I could have taken this further, now I have received this legal letter to pay the fees within 30 days otherwise they will take me to court.
I haven’t received any payments or cheque from anywhere. I’m going to report them to watchdog and other platforms.

I have been receiving texts every day asking for a payment I made nearly two years ago. Today I received a final demand letter, I have tried to contact them by phone, its a joke and frustrating that you cant talk to someone about this., only via email, if they answer. SO today I have emailed them asking the exact date of when they sent me the chq so I can look back on my statements and give proof of payment. So we will see if someone replys.

I have had to make a complaint to the financial ombudsman about this company. They made a mis-sold PPI claim on my behalf in 2017, sent a request for payment of the fee, and I paid it straight away. 4.5 years later, they start some silly game of asking me to pay a new higher fee for the same claim that was all done and dusted in 2017. An onslaught of daily letters, texts and emails, which started with a request for payment of this bogus fee, to threats of debt collection action within a matter of days. Then the debt collection company get involved, and add their fee's on top. All this rubbish is halted for now as the ombudsman has intervened. Watch out for the data on your online account, your history of successful and unsuccessful claims will be erased, its all part of them hiding their scam. This company needs to be researched by fraud police. Shysters!

I have used this firm for quite some time and if they successfully made a claim and I was offered money as soon as I received it I aid immediately they did one in 2017 for Halifax but they advised me to refuse the claim and they would ask for more I kept the cheque until recently I went into the Halifax and was told the cheque was no longer valid at the same time WFAC started asking for their fee for this for over 18 months this has gone back and forth me asking them to contact the Halifax and get them to reissue the cheque a few months ago I gave up any hope of the money and told them not to bother on the 21st of December I received a debt collectors letter working on their behalf they now want £187 which is twice the original bill I've tried to reach them by telephone they are not doing phone calls only emails I've emailed them their response is they'll look at it in up to 28 days that debt collector wants the money in 14 days before putting it up so I'm going to have to pay them I got in touch with the Halifax myself and they are going to reissue the cheque it will take 28 days so this is my warning to you even if you are or have been a good client that generated a good deal of money they do not have any loyalty to you I've got to ring this debt collector and hand over double what WFAC are entitled to as they have me over a barre pay up or they start adding interest and wind up having your credit rating going down the toilet I'm elderly and disabled physically I am currently suffering from covid it's just come to Christmas I already feel like death but they are quite happy to bully an old lady at Christmas

I am having the same problems with this company they are sending debt collectors after me for money they say I have to pay them but I don’t own them any money I paid them for the claim they got me which was 33 pound and I had to pay them 13 pound out of that now they say the got me more but I have not had any more
