I has a small refund with them in 2010, now out of the blue they are threatening me with court action if I don't pay.I don't even know how much they expect me to pay. They'll have a long wait.

I was told I was second in the queue? I gave up after an hour ?

I received a ppi offer apparently, of £335. WFAC then told me that the bank apparently had admitted liability but the sum was reported to be quite a lot and the bank asked for time to process the claim. This situation went on the best part of a year and then I was made the offer above. WFAC then informed me that, after all that time and liability bs...i was getting £0 as this claim had been previously paid out.I smelled a rat. then the watc claim for a fee of £94 arrived. i contacted them and reminded them I received £0 and would pay no fee , the harassment began over the last year or so and today another bill arrived. I have informed them I wont pay any fee as nothing was put in my bank. Easily verified on bank statements. this is an extremely dubious company, dont touch them with a bargepole

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible company demand payment of fees when nothing recovered its not no win no fee its pay us anyway AVOID THIS LOT.

It’s been two years since I received compensation and I paid a lot of money in fees to them. However, I did not get any fee invoice for one of the payments I received, Now, over two years later, they have come back to me and demanded over £1300. They just expected me to have this money laying around despite this being their error! I would never use them again. Now I am back in debt again to make the monthly payments. It was their error yet I have to pay??

My experience with wfac started in may 2017 and up until recently 2020 i didnt have much communication with them then in November 2020 i received a letter and an email saying i had been successful in my claim and could i pay my bill which i did on 8th January 2021 after 2 weeks i hadn't heard anything about my claim i tried ringing wfac only to spend hours in a queue and getting down to caller number 1 only to be cut off which is extremely annoying i have now received a letter telling me that my claim had failed i rang them today on a premium phone number to once again be in a queue that nobody answers i have been reading all reviews and they all say the same that they are cowboys and rip off merchants i would advise anybody who gets letters or phone calls from these people to IGNORE them because you WILL NOT get any money you will only loose money

Received call today from Pete Wilson (not English accent!), said I was due £3480 PPI, not made any claims. Had my old address 2yrs ago, gave me his ref number so he coul claim his commission, then asked me for my bank account number and sort code to pay money into my account. I said i would not give those details, please send me a cheque as all the other PPI companies would do. Knowing they were a con, proceeded to ask which bank/organisation they had claimed from on my behalf and he just waffled on without answering my question, repeated several times who they claimed the PPI from, he said "you don't know who you claimed from", I said I have claimed from several companies so please tell me who you have claimed from, at which point he put the phone down. I have been inundated with calls from PPI and Debt Collection companies recently and I have no debt or PPI claims. I can't stress enough, despite the current financial climate due to COVID which is probably why we are being targeted right now, DO NOT under any circumstances give out any bank details. If they are genuine they will write to you and post a cheque. If you have the time or inclination, string them along to waste their time until they put the phone down on you and block their number.

Robert Wilson called us today ( wasn’t English) about a ppi claim we had in 2018 (never did) we had to pay £840 to begin with then saying about taking out life insurance with them for 3 months at £25 a month or a funeral plan.... when confronted about this scam got quite Aggressive and said he couldn’t help and we would lose out.... knew who we was and our address. Don’t be conned! Glad I read these reviews while on the phone to him!

Wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before using WFAC, never been so frustrated in my life, On Friday 5th Feb 2021 I left my first complaint and had an answer on Monday 8th February which was relatively quick. Unfortunately these letters have not given me the answers I requested including why this company took out a complaint against Barclays for a mortgage that I have never ever had with them ? The reply was comical and flippant, I have over 25 live claims for over 18 months and still nothing, I in fact had to make a complaint in order for someone to tell me what was going on and I’m still no wiser. I now understand after reading all of the scathing remarks about this company as to why we all feel so let down and demoralised.
Should have seen the massive red flag flying in my face when they constantly contacted me to resign and acknowledge all of the paperwork I had already signed.
Not one update, 8 have been paid out by 1 of my many claims and they kept telling me I had PPIs and they were asking me for payment weeks before I even received the settlement.
Oh well you live and learn, but I will tell everyone I know and don’t know not to touch them with a barge pole.

As some of the previous reviewers I wish I had read the Trustpilot comments before I used them.
They take an enormous percentage for doing next to nothing also asking the same information as not received.unable to contact them for information via email or telephone.even the FOS were unable to contact them. They should not be allowed to continue

Trying to get a fee out of my Mother who is currently critical in hospital. Unbelievable lack of care for humans. They are just after my mums money 😭 So sad

Absolutely useless bunch of cowboys. I was either ignored or lied to since 2017 when I first submitted my PPI claims with these people.
I have tried to contact the company without success over the recent months. Their on-line claim update site is still showing my claim as awaiting a response from the PPI provider. I have contacted the PPI provider directly to be informed that a letter rejecting my claim was sent to wefightanyclaim.com on the 22nd of July 2019. Absolutely disgusted with the p#%s poor performance of this (dis)organization!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews here before I asked them to pursue a claim for some PPI my late husband had paid on a loan before his death. Suffice it to say my experiences with this bunch of incompetent people echos many comments others have made. They repeatedly ask me to sign an identical form. It is like Groundhog Day.

Went through the whole rigmarole with them and was awarded £400. Promptly received a bill for £70 which I paid in good faith. The bank never paid me the £400 and WFAC are denying all knowledge and are not to chasing this payment. Furthermore they are now trying to get me to use them again....Hell No!

Began ringing before I’d even got an offer from the bank and then followed the calls with several letters demanding payment before the cheque had cleared. Paid by bank transfer and requested receipt but this has not been forthcoming. Customer services team disinterested. It wouldn't be so bad but they didn’t have to do a lot of work for their money.

They did claims for me, they were polite, courteous and very helpful. I got a lot of money and was pleased with their service. It was pricey but then I had n intention of looking at it myself so all I git was a bonus as I expected nothing. 18 months ago they would have got five stars. Now however they claim Barclaycard dealt with the award directly with me, they got nothing and want payment. Claim they have no records of them being involved. what actually happened was Barclaycard contacted them, they forwarded the notification to me, and when it was paid into my account i contacted them and paid them over the phone with a debit card.

Clearly they are in breach of the law (records have to be maintained at least 6 years). Given others are reporting similar things I strongly suspect that there is a scam involved - probably the revenue pool has dried up and they are desperate for cash. I have explained the background to them and await a response. if they back down - fine, otherwise I will head to the FCA
