Appeared on my Instagram saying at the bottom 99p to create video of my dog singing. Only once purchased did I see the £34 monthly subscription which I immediately got cancelled. To make matters worse I did not get an email of my Dog but wasn't going to risk downloading the App. There is a reason they don't allow comments to be added to the advert !

Absolutely awful,definitely a scam .You think you’re buying one photo for 90 pence then it tells you after your committed to a subscription that you literally cannot cancel on the website.

Avoid - wholly misleading on pricing and poor product
Site is very misleading and lacks clarity on sign up and costs. Draws you in with a 99p offer and then hits you with a ridiculous monthly fee. Quality of product is poor and pricing model deliberately lacks transparency. Definitely one to avoid.

I saw the post that showed if you put a picture of you and one of your dog, it would generate a picture of the two of you together and all for just £0.99, so, believing it was a one off payment I went through with it as I’ve recently lost my little dog and don’t have many picture of the two of us together, but right away I realised it was actually a subscription, so I went right into the app and followed the cancellation process as I can’t afford a subscription right now, the screen flashed up with a message saying “I’m sorry you cancelled”, so I assumed this would be the end of it, then to my surprise three days later a charge for £34.90 appeared on my bank, so I once again went to the site and went through the cancellation process again, receiving the same message, but also an email this time, from zolto saying it’s been cancelled, and would I like to put in for a refund, so I followed the process for the refund, and now nothing, this all started two days ago and I’ve still heard nothing, my follow up emails asking for an update are now bouncing back to me undelivered, so I looked on here and to my great concern saw all the bad reviews, and that it might be better to contact them via instagram for a faster response, which I have now done, but once again, I’m still waiting for an update…. I understand that it’s partly my error for not reading the small print but also the print was exceptionally small and easily missed, I just want to speak to someone about a possible refund and to get concrete confirmation that I won’t be charged again in a months time, I’m giving them a few days to get back to me and resolve my issues after that I will probably have to go to my bank….so, so far not great service at all…..🤨😢
AMENDMENT:
I contacted them by email and instagram, and within two days I received a message saying that my subscription was successfully cancelled and also a message saying my refund was approved… Today I received that refund…. My advice to anyone reading these reviews on trustpilot and getting concerned, contact them via instagram and email if need be and then give them the chance to resolve your issue…. Whoever it was that I spoke to on instagram was amazing and very understanding, and if in the future if I have the means for an ai app I will definitely be using lisaai…..p.s I also checked my bank to make sure it was not listed as a subscription and it is not, I will keep an eye on this, but only as a precaution….

I wouldn't give 1 star, I accepted a 99p trial , I then decided to cancel, cancelling throught their webite was a nightmare and didn't work its obviously set up not to take subscription cancellations, I emailed their customer service to ask them to cancel and they told me expect a reply which I have done, in the meantime I noticed they have taken £34 out of my bank, daylight robbery, I am now reporting them to Action Fraud, stay clear of this company, complete scam
