Brufords staff always make you feel valued, are helpful and friendly. The staff provide good advice regarding the jewellery you are purchasing and happy to answer any questions that you might have.

Everyone we spoke with were so helpful and friendly, it was a big day for my partner and I. The team put us at ease and didn't push us one way or another, I felt we were left to make our own choice and I know we made the right one.

Aldo and the team at Brufords Rolex were excellent and really helped my wife in her selection of a watch for her birthday. The atmosphere is relaxed and the Rolex boutique experience is first rate. Would definetly recommend a visit to see the latest stock (yes they do actually have watches for sale!) and discuss your requirements..

The level of customer service and care I received was exemplary. The staff were clearly dedicated to doing a very good job to help and were also proud of the Company. I visited twice - initially to discuss a possible purchase and then two days later to buy. At no stage did I feel any pressure. In fact the reverse was the case. Today was such a beautiful sunny day, and honestly one of the happiest shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

When I first walked into Brufords Jeweller, a very polite gentleman kindly guided me to the counter to meet Mitchell, whom I had booked an appointment with. From the very beginning, everyone made me feel incredibly welcomed and relaxed.

Mitchell was absolutely wonderful — very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely funny (he talks a little fast sometimes 😄). Today, he offered me a Rolex model that I had loved and hoped for over a very long time, and I still can’t quite believe it happened.

I originally visited Brufords Jewellers casually while travelling in Eastbourne on my own. I stopped by just to ask about Rolex and never expected that one day I would actually receive the email. Getting my very first Rolex here made the experience even more special. It is such a timeless and iconic model — one that is also very loved on social media — and I truly feel grateful to both Brufords and Mitchell.

Mitchell was incredibly helpful and generous with his time. He patiently explained watch terminology and shared professional knowledge with me in such an approachable way. He also recommended several elegant and classic models for my parents, and I sincerely hope we can welcome those pieces in the future as well.

What I appreciated most was how comfortable and equal the whole experience felt. Mitchell never pressured me at all — he would always smile and say “no pressure” 😄. Speaking with him honestly felt more like chatting with a very knowledgeable friend than with a salesperson.
