Historically and Now
Historically, they removed a ring from my finger when my hand became swollen and painful, using a cutting device they have. The ring was from my dear wife before she died 16 years ago, so was very valuable to me. They put this ring in a velvet bag and did not charge me. I will always remember that care and consideration, so was determined to come back on this occasion for an engagement ring for my new intended. I'm glad I did as I was so impressed once again with their service: from being greeted at the entrance to the expertise of their staff. And of course the quality of the ring we have now purchased. My thanks to you all at Brufords in Eastbourne.

Excellent Service
On the initial phone call to enquire about a probate valuation, I was given a clear pricing structure, compared to other jewellers I'd called. The appointment availability was good and I was offered something that would fit in with my availability. An the appointment to drop off the items, Cherie was sensitive to the situation and made me feel at ease. There was clear instruction on when and how to pay the final fee. She gave me an estimate of when the valuation would be available, and kept to that, being able to do it the same day. At my request she was able to email the valuation to me as I had a cousin, who is an executor, visiting that weekend. I came to collect the items on Wednesday, and again Cherie was sensitive to the situation, and made me feel at ease, going through each item on the list. The items were returned to me in a small black pouch which is a nice touch, especially as I'd forgotten to bring anything to put them in. The whole process was stress free, and easier than I'd anticipated..

Unbelievable turnaround time!
The team repaired my bracelet and fitted a new battery to my TAG Aquaracer on the same day, which was fantastic given I needed the watch for a wedding the following day, so their quick turnaround was greatly appreciated.
