Amazing service from start to finish!

I called up, sent over some pictures of my Rolex and received a price. They stuck to the price they quoted, and when I brought watch into the shop, they evaluated it straight away. Within half an hour of walking through the door, the money was already in my account.

The whole process was quick, professional and completely hassle-free. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service.

I had bought a vintage watch with a missing back. I had gone to 3 other watch specialists to see if they could make a custom back for my watch. They all said it couldn’t be done. Diamond Brothers made the custom back for my watch for a fair price and it looks amazing. I am so incredibly grateful to have found a team and a watchmaker that are so dedicated to their craft. I been with diamond brother so se 2024 and so se then I had my Rolex broke missing diamonds he sorted all of that and polished it free charge and when I was looking for a new watch he got it within a week or 2 and with me the week after I won’t be going any where else

Amazing service and extremely trustworthy! Purchased my Rolex before they had their new shop, for once I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, they were very welcoming and made sure I knew I could come back if I had any issues. A few months later I had some issues with the clock hands and visited their new shop to see if they could help. The shop is stunning and extremely secure. They couldn’t be more apologetic and got my watch fixed within a few days and sent back, for free! I would recommend diamond brothers to anyone, they have such a great reputation and I believe they would resolve any issues, they clearly care about their customers!

A Daytona Ghost is a serious purchase and I did my usual research. Diamond Brothers are the most genuine dealers I’ve experienced. I will be buying from them again certainly.
