I can warmly recommend working with Wayken for rapid prototyping projects. Excellent customer service, very fast response times. We sent one of our engineers to their factories for a week - the Wayken team accommodated him with great hospitality and professionalism. The production quality is high.

That gap alone is what pushed me to try them for the first time — I’d designed my first complex prototype and wasn’t about to spend serious money proving a concept that might need a complete rethink.

Lingo was my contact throughout. As someone coming in with no prior machining experience, the level of guidance I received was genuinely impressive — clear communication at every stage, no condescension, no corners cut because I was a new customer.

The first prototype came back faster than any UK quote I’d received, and the quality was immediately obvious. When I found issues and needed to amend the design mid-process — including adding anodising on the resubmission — that was handled without friction. The final unit has tight tolerances and a finish that looks production-ready.

If you’re weighing up offshore rapid prototyping and worried about quality or communication dropping off, this was the opposite of that experience. I’ll be going back.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I lead a hardware manufacturing scale-up based in Denmark. WAYKEN and their sales manager Leo have been a trusted partner of us for years now. They have excellent service, very high expertise in CNC, injection molding, etc. We have even been received at their Headquarters with a great smile, impressive factory, very high standards, and of course, we went for delicious food with Leo afterwards. Highly recommended!!

They are extremely helpful and go far beyond what is needed to help achieve our rigorous goals. They help so much with our prototyping. SLA 3d printing our larger parts. Highly recommend and will continue to use their services!

Had a great experience using WayKen. Had constant and quick communication with Tiya. All parts came back looking great, and while parts have not been installed yet, all tolerances look to be as required.

Sometimes we have rushed designs, and they would adjust the models to help speed up the process where applicable (things like forgetting to add drafts/rounds ...etc).
