So I order one of the most expensive gel blasters, that said express shipment, that was on April 2nd, last time I order from them they were fairly quick in shipment, but for some reason now. It’s not showing shipped and it’s the 14th of April, idk what to think now, they did email me something about a free spring upgrade, I did reply but have heard come from them order #77222, can they send it now? Express?

My package got lost in transit, they sent out a replacement right away.

After placing the order, AK briefed me on all the risks and reminders I needed to know about the import. The support from discord group was amazing!

Excellent blaster at a great price. My order showed up in just 5 days even though it shipped from HK, will buy again.

Presale all communication was great. Post sale is when the nightmare begins. Very unresponsive post sale. Turns out shipping was delayed because of Chinese New Year. Fine but you could have told me this presale. Then I ask repeatedly for a tracking number. No response. Only way to get them to respond is to threaten them with bad reviews and fraud proceedings. Then immediately they refund instead of just sending me a tracking number. Very suspicious. Smells like a scam to me. There appear to be positive review online but I am skeptical they are real.

I just wanted to say, like an hour after posting (4 star at the time), Akgelblaster went out of their way to contact me on e-mail, thanking me for the feedback, regretting that I've had some problems, explaining why I can't get new parts but also suggesting easy, cheap, alternative DIY solutions , and sending me a tutorial video. Mind Blown! We should let these guys run their own Country!, Thanks, I'm bumping up the review to a solid 5!

Returning customer, very happy with service, prices and delivery.
But realize what you are buying, these well made toys for big kids and adults, not competition grade sporting equipment. But if you pay around 80-200$ for a fun toy tag your wife with, or play war with your buddies, you are going to have a blast, you wont regret it. You will get like 2 maybe 3 summers out of it before it goes clunky or breaks, but by then you have bought another one anyway. One thing, there is very little information regarding combability, replacement parts and such, that is actually a bummer because when you lost that last mag, you can't use the toy anymore. I bought a very nice pistol, metal, with slide blow back, it was like 250 USD, the battery in both mags died the first year, bought what looked like the exact same mag, didn't fit. They should really try to have a compatibility list on every pistol or rifle, it's not very helpful the other way around, what you want is a $15 replacement part for our 250 buck toy, not a $250 place to put your surplus $15 nick nacks, ever. Otherwise it's a great site, good prices, high quality deliveries.

I bought this gel blaster for my 10-year-old son for Christmas. The gun is awesome. It’s a Cyma m4 v3. Metal gears metal barrel main frame is metal. attachments like the scope and barrel mag other things are plastic and kind of junkie. I understand Al blasters don’t make it they sell it! Came with the 7.4 V battery. I threw 11.1 battery in the gun and it’s just ridiculous.

Could be better with tracking, but great overall.

You won’t find better customer service anywhere else in the gel blaster industry. My experience has been exceptional, and the level of support I received truly stands out.

Well from what I can tell these are nicely made we have 3 already now adding 3 more great for battles in yard and woods my son loves them.

Hello, I ordered all the way in late October- early November and it is now early December and I still don’t have my gel blasters. They claimed that for USA shipping, it would take about 3-14 days. I ordered a gel blaster which it had express shipping and said it would take about only a week maybe. It’s been multiple weeks and for some reason it’s still not here. If you order from this website, expect a very long shipping time as that’s what’s happening now.

UPDATE: my provider has notified me that at some point the blaster actually did arrive. My apologies

I have ordered since 10th of November and still haven’t received any update despite the 2 mails sent from my-side to follow up…

We've ordered on the 13th of november, but haven't received any more news than an order confirmation. We've tried to contact them (via mail and facebook), but it remains silent on their side.
After getting an answer via trustpilot, it was clear that the order was not allowed to be shipped as a whole to Belgium due to Belgium customs. The order is cancelled after 7 days, without any extra costs. For us, this has been handled perfectly.

Bought a Micro Draco Gel blaster and it looks like the real thing made of real wood and metal.

When i bought it, in the cart was "free shipping". But when the product got delivered to me. I've got informated about additional costs. The additional cost was 33.1% of the whole product price(196PLN).

I have been waiting a month and a half by now and still haven't recieved the order or a reply from their customer service after reaching out 3 times.

Ahh ok no problem I did not receive the 2 emails from your partners, but thanks for the speedy reply on here.

I was originally ordering a 629.99 GBB gel blaster being the smc 9 with gtp 9 so I ordered it thinking that I was going to receive it in a week or two 3 weeks past by no item and kept being given the run around and them saying that it is not working properly and why would it be for purchase if it wasn't working properly so I said that they didn't have to get it working properly on there end and said that I would sign a waiver stating that I am getting it as what it was with them needing to fix it and leaving me to fix it cause I insisted on it cause I know how to repair them and few days past them dragging there feet like they are waiting to do it there way and not allow a customer who clearly knows how to fix it just receive the items and I bought this with a disability check where I am entitled to receive what I get with the funds and they didn't get that matter and stieght up canceled my order then just sending it to me as is and allowing me the customer who knows more about them fix it but they didn't allow it and they were not willing to work with me and just send it to me as is so don't buy anything from them unless you are certain they won't mess up your order.

I had 4 purchases from AK. Always fast shipping and great communication when issues occurred. You won't find a better blaster shop than AK.
