From start to finish of the installation (which was not straight forward) SCG have been thorough, clear in communication and delivered exactly what was needed. Paul the engineer has been nothing short of fantastic, always contactable and really put our minds at ease. We had been a BT customer for over 20 years and this has to be one of the best decisions we’ve made as a business.

Paul, came in on friday and set up telephone and internet for us. He asked us our preferences on wifi and telephone setup and got on with the task. The set up was smooth and hassle free. He went through a demo with the team and answered all our questions. Paul was very helpful and even guided me through the app setup on our laptop. Overall I'm happy with the service Paul provided.

Jason and his team worked their magic in getting BT off their backsides and into action following a frustrating week without an office landline. His patience was never-ending with a techno-phobe like me and the engineer he sent to the site was super helpful. It was a joy to work with them both and their communication throughout the process was great.

As a business we were looking to change supplier due to costs. However when speaking with SCG about the concerns Ashley & Tom spent time with us listening to our concerns and coming up with solution. Additionally, Paul and Paula then assisted in the switching of services without any disruption to the business. They were all very patient and very helpful. Would highly recommend. As a business we changed suppliers over from our current providers over to Comms Plus.

Was apprehensive porting over 30+ devices all on day as had issues before, i have to say it all went smoothly all devices had ported over by lunch time on the day and furthermore we didn't even need to reboot the mobile devices. Have every confidence in Comms Plus as we already use them for our IP Phone contract and supplier/vendor, great support and easy to get hold of if required.

Sean has helped us on a number of times when we needed it the most with no trouble or questions asked. He has been very professional and polite every time we've dealt with him.

Lauren Morris • Projects Co-ordinator - Lauren was first class in keeping me up to date and checking that all appointments for engineers were suitable etc. We had an urgency to get the new system up and running and Lauren worked her best to get this done - Thank you Lauren :)
