I have contacted SCG via email and phone a total of six times now and they still haven't helped with my question. On the last contact I asked about my contract terms and was told that no-one could help me! Very frustrating. It has been 6 days since our company last called and we are still waiting for our promised returned call.

Liz from SGC, was polite, friendly, and knew her job very well. She was very good at explaining things and also patient, with much more time spent on detail than we expected, to ensure our new phone system was working correctly and that we both understood how to use it.

Rachel was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout our office phone setup. From the very beginning, she kept us informed at every stage of the process, ensuring we always knew what was happening and what to expect next.

What really stood out was her commitment to supporting us during the setup. She was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and make sure everything ran smoothly. Rachel proactively checked in with us regularly to see if we needed any additional help, which made the entire experience completely stress-free.

Her professionalism, communication, and dedication to customer service were exceptional. She made sure we were fully set up, comfortable with the system, and that everything was working perfectly before stepping back.

Jaydon installed our new phones efficiently and with no fuss, it was a seamless process. Everyone at SCG has been really helpful.

Julie who organises the SCG WiFi ‘set up’ is super amazing. So attentive to detail and helpful. SCG was recommended to me and now I am recommending them myself!

Archie was a very respectful,nice young man, he professionally got on and did what he had to do, without any disturbances to ourselves, tested that everything was ok, He then gave us an update, some training and left. Really pleased with what He has done.

Oakley at SCG South West has been absolutely amazing in responding to any requests I make promptly and efficiently. I often pose what I think are challenging requests and they are never too much trouble and she always delivers, be it technical issues or divert requests. I am very happy with the service I get from SCG South West, and this is mostly because of Oakley.

My call was answered by Matt B (Service Assurance Engineer) and from the outset he was professional, knowledgeable and eager to assist. Furthermore he called me back 15 mins or so later to check that I had received the email he'd sent with the DHL tracking details, as he wanted to be sure I had the information to resolve my query. If this is the quality of staff recruitment and training at SCG, as a company they should be very proud; but I don't want to take away from the quality and expertise Matt B delivered - thank you Matt.

Matt was simply SUPERB! He resolved an issue IMMEDIATELY! Very pleased with the service thnkyou!!!!!!!
