Great Service
We have been with SCG now for 2 years after transferring from BT. From the initial consultation with Ashley we have received excellent service. We recently had cause to request an engineer to call to our premises to rectify a small problem with one of our handsets. Paul was really helpful and also did an excellent job of tidying up what looked like spaghetti junction under my desk. Great service and really helpful staff. Ticket Reference 3103276

The young man we spoke to about our apparent phone line issues was very helpful and as promised phoned us back very soon after our initial call to advise that everything was working. Apparently the issues we were experiencing were not linked to SCG.

New Phone Installation
Had some new phones installed and the engineer - Jamie Evans, attended the site from SCG Wales. Can highly recommend Jamie he was very efficient and after installation ran through the controls etc. Very clean and tidy and very polite and helpful

Great!
Great interaction with Sean Cridland. He was very polite and very professional. Very satisfied with the service provided by Sean, he was on time and very reliable. Very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining everything to me. Installation was quick, easy and very stress free.
I would highly recommend.

Gareth was so efficient with finding the issue doing the relevant tests and getting the engineer out within a couple of hours!
Then follow up calls to check all was ok.
