I have been dealing with SCG since they took over from Datakom. I find the staff very helpful and in particular Matthew Widdicombe who I deal with on a regular basis. Nothing is too much trouble for him and if there are any issues he is always on hand to deal with them for me. I now class Matthew as a friend not just Customer Service / Accounts personnel.

We have been with SCG for a few years and there is nothing negative i can say. They have been great. service has been good and very helpful.
I mostly deal with Matthew Widdicombe in Credit Control, hes been very helpful over the years and a credit to the team. Thank you SCG and thank you Matthew :)

We had a complete new phone system installed and received nothing but fantastic service. We got everything we needed and was given a very enjoyable experience. Paul the engineer was professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use SGC Wales going forward.

After changing over to SCG there was a delay in our DD being set up. Matthew was a great help and made sure that he committed to resolving the issue. He quickly and efficiently helped to get a corrective DD set up. His manner was very professional and knowledgeable. We have had follow up emails from him to confirm that the task had been completed and if we were happy with the outcome. Overall amazing customer service Thank you!

We had a issue with our external alarm bell in our workshop, I spoke to Andy Roberts and the issue was resolved the same day , with a technician arriving just a few hours later.

Brilliant customer service.

We have been a happy customer of Alliance/SCG since inception. Our circumstances changed and we had to contract to comms services in our new offices. Matthew Widdicombe provided excelllent support and very fair termination figures as we changed services. We will not hesitate to return to SCG when our office renewal comes up.
