This company is terrible. My girlfriend has been ignored while trying to solve a problem through their customer service department. They lie, talk back to their clients, and ignore you. The whole “the customer is always right” saying must not be known to these people, as they argue back and are snarky and rude. Just read their responses to their customers on this website; they are always right, whatever is wrong is your fault, and you must be the one who is incorrect for not reading their Terms and Conditions thoroughly. Seriously, who talks to their customers like this? And who ignores multiple requests to speak to management? Is there even any management there, or is this place being run by fleas? Worse. It’s being run by fleas for fleas. Do not waste your time and money. If I was a lawyer and took my complaints to a judge, I would win. Why? Because they state you have 15 minutes of “gameplay” which is defined as time PLAYING a game, not sitting in a full lobby or sitting in game, frozen, trying to get out or pull up settings and options to figure out why it won’t work. I can not stress this enough: THEY ARE TERRIBLE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORTH IT AND EVEN WHEN IT DOES WORK, SHOULD YOU EVER NEED TO ENCOUNTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WILL PRAY FOR YOU.

I should've read this before buying but its fine this site may or may not be a scam but it is very deceiving, I have a wired connection with 150 mps speed, i had great input lag and most of the time i could barely load the game, getting a black screen then seeing a prompt stating "connection lost" making me stop the session, reconnect, just to be met with another login screen, when i complete it i just get another black screen!! i just want a refund, please either stop this service or fix it which is gonna take a while so just shut it down!!! at this point your service just looks like a scam

Service is terrible, games don't work, refused a refund even though I never played a game.

I've tried on GTA V.
- after I configured Steam 4-5 times because it didn't see my game (I had to configure the profile to make it public but this wasn't clear from the beginning) I got the extremely low graphics quality
- the lag may have been from my Wifi even it was on 5GHZ - 60-80 Mbps download, 30-40 upload...

I've asked for a refund and I was refused because I've exceeded 15 minutes of playing, the total was 16 minutes, but configuring steam took 14-15 minutes, I didn't play more than 1-2 minutes.

Poor service, poor refund policy, no trial option.

Terrible, impossible to play really even with a medium / good connection.
I made the ping test before, everything is good, but in game, or even in the menu, it lags so much, it's crazy.
And it's stupid, everytime I want to play the game (League of Legend), it must install the game... so you need to wait 10 / 20 minutes everytime the full game is downloaded and installed.
I have 2 screens too, when I scroll right in game, it switch to my second screen...
Waste of 9.99usd, I asked for a refund, hope they will.

I use this service often. I don't get lag, games load decently, and I've played a mix of free and "needs a licence" games. My laptop is an old i3 with 8gb of ram. Games played locally stutter and don't play that well. I play the same games through Chrome on Vortex.gg and they work really well. Shame other people are having a bad experience because I've only ever had one, where my account wasn't activated immediately, and I received great customer service from them.

Terrible resolution, huge lags (including sound lags) - just aweful, aweful experience.

Edit 1: Since I cannot answer to the comment - I am connected by cable, and have a stable 150 Mbp/s - my network is not a problem.

I just bought the 9,99Dollar subscription because it looked promising and the ping test said "Good. Our gaming servers are right next door, and you should have an awesome gaming experience." So i thought yeah, let´s game on my macbook! So i startet up Apex Legends and logged in to Origin, all went well! Then the game startet up, the sound was horrible delayed, there was mouse input lag and the game didn´t run nearly as smooth, as it does on my stationary computer.. I wrote the customer service and wanted a refund, but since they told me, that i played more than 15 minutes, i couldn´t get it... NEVER BUY THIS!!

Fortunately, I cancelled the account just after subscribing their service. Since, I made the payment through Google Play credit and cancelled the subscription using the Google play itself, thus I was able to get my subscription fee back.

I wished that I can play Pubg on my $2200 laptop but it asked me to connect with steam account which I don't own.

Guys seriously, i tried this thing for only couple of minutes and i cancelled the subscription, and i didn't get a refund, i will complain this to the police because they stole the money basically.

If you play 15 minutes you can't get your money back.
In addition, Vortex is a bad liar... my $2000 laptop can't play even 30 FPS

Man, why didn't I read this before paying 9.99 I feel like I have been scammed.

This company or whatever it is, is not worth paying or even using for free. I did a ping test on their site, and they said the games will run with best results, but I could not even play the game, let alone 'best experience'

This is a scam, don't buy!!

im writing this review while staring at a balck screen. their services are not working. dont get scammed

Have been trying to get it running for an hour or so. Completely unresponsive game start flow - you have to stare at a black screen and hope that something will come up eventually.

Then you have some weird issues with keyboard-layout. When, at last, you logged in after so many tries it's lagging and pixelize as hell.

"Okay, they should help me, right? Just need to contact the support" But there is no way to reach to them - support link is broken on their site, no button, no chat in the app.

Feels like a real scam without proper support and trial of any kind. That's not the way I imagine a tech business from Europe should operate.

If I could give this no stars I would. This company is a scam. Had the app open trying to get it to work longer than 15 minutes and they will not refund me. I was unable to use any game even free ones. Do not get this service.
