Weet zelfs niet hoe ik hieran ben gekomen maar heeft even geduurd voor ik het doorhad en werd elke week €5 aangerekend voor niets.

Complete scam. My 7 year old son clicked on a pop up add and inadvertently subscribed to this so called "service" and I was charged via mobile direct for 3 months. No actual account information or ability to login, no confirmation of enrollment text or anything, they just took my money. Brutal cancelation process wasted hours of my time.

Got scammed into a subscription of 5€/week out of nowhere. Stay away

This is not a legit company. Their games are unplayable due to high ping and you won’t be able to get a refund if you used their service for more than 15 mins. Avoid these scammers!

Doesn't work properly and crashes all the time. I have a 750mbps ethernet connection and there's so much lag online games are impossible to play properly. The computers aren't even powerful enough to play games from almost a decade ago like GTA 5. Their support is almost non-existent too. They take multiple days to respond to simple questions.

I subbed and tried to connect vs mobile and PC and I couldn't log in to Epic nor Steam, I tried again and again and nothing worked.

After like 30 mins of creating my account and trying to log in without luck, I realized that this was a waste of time, I contacted support for a refund, I've been told that I played for more than 15 mins, and that I wasn't eligible for a refund. I was like "WHAT?!" are you counting the time I tried to log in as "playing time" I didn't open any games..
So it's basically a SCAM, they took my money, wasted my time, service is horrible and no refund or customer satisfaction.

One star is to much. Just terrible.

Patch takes place days after release of patch. All the time you cant play the game.

Connection issues frequently (With geforce now no issues)

Doesn't work well. I can compare to Geforce Now, PS Now and Xbox Cloud and this one is worst of them all. Asked for a refund and been told that I have exceeded 15 min of gameplay and therefore no refund.

I don't think I've played more than 5-6 minutes as its really is unplayable. So maybe it doesnt register game time correctly.

I have deleted account with 79 hours left and strongly recomend you dont use them!

Terrible, there is no support and most the times the games will not load or work. I spent 30 mins trying to get a game going which never worked. Customer support told me that they dont have that game, which is impossible since its listed on their website and on the app and continued to tell me that since I used 30 mins I cant get my money back. Save your time and money on this terrible service

The quality of the service is very poor, it is slow, laggy and the image quality makes you cry.

I tried the service only during one afternoon, where the first thing you have to do is grind through the prologue (GTA5) before you can test the actual online gameplay.

Unfortunately this results in playing the game more than 15 minutes, and according to their policy they will no longer issue a refund if you playes for more than 15 minutes.

So besides the product being very bad, the customer service is also far from the best

schon 5 monate mitglied und zocke gern ab und zu in der Pause fallout 76. Die Maus wird sehr gut auf den Cloud Servern übertragen. Zwar lässt es sich nie wie auf dem echten PC zocken aber ich bin mega zufrieden damit.

Erstens sind alle bekannten Spiele nur nach deren Erwerb spielbar. Viel schlimmer ist, dass der Verbindungsaufbau nie erfolgreich war. An meiner Leitung liegt es sicherlich nicht, da Google Stadia o.ä. prima funktioniert hat.

Regardless of internet speeds, their service does not function. Do not waste your money, they won't refund it.

Terrible quality 2 gb/s download and i had 10 fps and low resolution.

Can get perfect HD and 60 fps on nvidea now this is a scam of a service

Vortex is a miserable scam of a company. Like others have said, they count game-loading time and troubleshooting time as "playtime." Their policy states that once 15 minutes of "playtime" are exceeded, the customer is no longer eligible for a refund. If you manage to load a game, the frame-rates are choppy and completely unplayable. Save yourself $10 and steer clear of Vortex. 0/5 stars is the most appropriate rating, but unfortunately that's not an option. Spread the word.

10 FPS is unnaccaptable. I played less than 15 minutes because the game didn't work even fine. They refuse refund and lie about measured gameplay. They measure Steam and game loading time as gameplay. Thieves!!!

I tried to play a game (Path fo Exile) in Vortex but the game didn't work out. It stayed in that screen after the character selection phase. Don't know why, but it stayed there. Maybe it was my computer or internet connection. I tried to cancel the subscription, in the same day I installed and tried to play, and receive a feedback saying that I played for more than 15 minutes. Congratulations for you.
