3rd day of subscription with no success of connecting at all. Customer services has been Incredibly slow and terrible in resolving the matter and has refused to refund even though I have not managed to connect.

Avoid.

Don't buy it. In spite of ping ~20 and high speed internet I have constant problems with the broadcast in the evening (my FPS drops to 9-20 instead of 60). The delay during the game feels like I have ping 80. No FHD support. Too few normal games in the library. If you have an error during a session - the client may close, but the session itself will not end and your game time will be wasted even when you are not playing. They have a lot of bugs in the client, one time I closed the session via ALT + F4 and after that I couldn't get in ~1.5 hours, the service thought I was still playing and I was taken that time off my balance... The technical support was also terrible. You can easily wait 20+ hours for an answer and get a message like: "Hi. Have you bought this game?", they're trying in any way to give themselves as much time as possible and make it look fake that they help you. I bought it at a discount of $4, and to tell you the truth even for that money this service is 1/5, not to mention its normal price of $10+.

I have experienced almost all gaming cloud services and I can confidently say that this is one of the worst. Yes, it's cheap, but it's not worth it.

If I could share 0 stars I would have.

Just a scam... Everything is terrible, the quality of the service (blurry and laggy video), the support, everything. I can't even get a refund. Please trust the Trustpilot reviews and don't buy this thing.

Not good. When it's "rush hour" I had to wait 2 hours and wasn't able to play since I wanted to go sleep -.-. On another day I finally tried it; thankfully it took 15 minutes for the queue this time, but the experience was not good. I played Doom for 10-15 min, but the compression is too high and sometimes the connection lags. I have a solid 50 Mbps connection here, that's not the issue, as well as a i7 8565u laptop. Clearly they don't have their quality in order. I tried it due to the "stay at home" offer, which is, by the way, non-refundable. I just don't understand how you can run a company like this. You known that the quality is just bad and still continue to sell. I successfully did a chargeback through my creditcard company with the argument that the quality was bad and lagging, even though the website performance indicator said my connection should be fine. I advise you do the same.

Der Service ist mehr als schlecht. Ich kam nach ewiger Ladezeit nie über die Warteschlange hinaus, sodass ich nicht ein einziges Mal den bezahlten Service nutzen konnte.
Ich habe daraufhin den Vertrag widerrufen, was laut EU-Gesetz in meinem Fall auch rechtens ist.
Der Kundenservice schreibt daraufhin nur, das Sie leider nichts für mich machen können und ich kein Geld zurückerhalte.
Ich habe den Verbraucherschutz schon informiert und bleibe dran.. Ich will mein Geld zurück!!!

I CANT ENTER GAME. IT'S QUEUE FOREVER. I KEPT MY PC ON FOR 10HOURS WHILE READING A BOOK. QUEUE FROM 5 TO 2 THEN IT GONE TO 9.. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS.

You will never reach the end of the queue ! I've been waiting for over 1h at place 1 in queue and it hasn't moved since then.

Never got closer than 3 in queue, then it just bumps you back down the queue again.

I should have read the reviews before purchased a Vortex subscription. I still haven't been able to play one game of anything, it just leaves me in this never ending queue. I contacted Vortex support for a refund and their response is sorry no refunds.

So effectually they took my money and ran. So beware... :'(

Should've seen this before paying money to Vortex...

Tried GTA online, didn't work as expected. The video resolution was wrong and video stream was very choppy at best, unplayable!

I tried getting it to work so I spent about a half hour, which I could prove using my steam login history. Unfortunately, their policy is they won't refund if you were online over 15 minutes.

The fact they only permit their users 15 minutes to make things work is hardly fair, so they're not worth it.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever been a part of. When they feel like you are in the wrong (because they disagree and argue with you about why you are wrong) they just stop responding and completely ignore all further inquiries. The saying is “the customer is always right” but Vortex never got that memo. I hope if anyone is stubborn enough to still try them out with all of these negative reviews, you do not have to deal with customer service at any point, as they are rude and worthless. Give it up, Vortex! You tried and failed, time to move on instead of continuing to SCAM people out of their money!

Scam, the only thing they do is improving their website to make it look nice so they can scam more and more people. Their supports, their services, their server is dog sh**, unoptimized, unplayable, lag, delay as hell, even i only have 20ms ping from their server i can not play Pikachu on 800x600

Service didn’t work, 10 emails back and forth trying to get a refund, with no resolution. these guys are definitely one to avoid at all costs. Give your money to one of the many rivals doing cloud gaming properly.

Origin doesn't work. It requires updates for the games you play but you just can't update anything. Trust the reviews, the service just doesn't work and the customer service is a ghost.

Its a total scam. They run a fraudulent service that doesn't work and then refuse to make a refund. I got a black screen and nothing more on both Android and Windows.

I have paid to play until i found out that they do not support EU Keyboards.They won´t tell you anywhere what do they support.So i have contacted CostumerSupport to get my money back,they told my that my keyboard is not supported and never gave me my money back.I have tried to change localization of my keybord but it doesn´t work.
