They stole my money twice!

One day I was playing for only $6.99, it felt fine and then every game wouldn't work. I stopped paying, emailed Google Play, they said to talk to Vortex, I asked for a refund and they never responded. Then I paid for it again thinking the service improved FOR $10, and everything was they same, and there was a new thing, QUEUES, they made Vortex unusable and not fun at all to use! And guess what, NO REFUND AFTERWARD!

Never buy from this company i ordered a mouse 6 weeks ago and now they are not communicating with me. Dont let them steal your money

Bought the service for a month, but unable to play one game correctly. Immediatly cancelled my subscription but I feel scammed from the first month fee.
That's a horrible expérience!

It's unplayable and if you want a refund - even on the same day - they say it's unrefundable if you've used any offer.
Terrible product and customer service behaves like scammers.
Really not recommended, unless you want to lose money

So i brought the Vortex gaming service on my Android, after playing for a while i realised that its almost impossible with out waiting for loooong time to play minimum of 30min waiting time to play a silly game or even to try out a game to see how it is. So i decided nah it isn't for me and contracted them to try get refund on a subscription. To that extend i was told if i played longer then 15min it would be not possible and that i agreed to these terms, well that seems like VORTEX wants to just snatch your money and trap you 15min play time to keep your cash. You litterly wait for hours to PLAY and to be told to get less then 15min play time to be able to get your refund. It is absolute joke this company, i do not see them being in any European market's as they don't care about customer just their money

Der letzte Mist. Trotz einer schnellen Verbindung nur eine grauenhafte Bildqualität. Nie mehr als 25 Fps und jedes mal muß man sich neu bei Steam einloggen.

The service is really not good, however at the start it is a promising idea. Despite having a very good connection, no game is playable (either because of big lags or squarely because of a black screen when launching the game), so I canceled my subscription directly but no refund was not possible. Customer service is deplorable as is the quality of the cloud gaming service. I do not recommend at all ! To flee !

Please do not make the same mistake I did! Avoid them! Don’t use their ‘services’

I created a subscription but the quality I experienced was unbearable... was worse than playing from a $300 laptop.

I asked for my money back but they told me that no refund is possible coz I played more than 15 mins..which is not true; they are considering tine until connected too, which took me 30 min for Fortnite and after being in the game I realized I had 20 fps and 2 sec lag.

So, avoid them.. better buy a laptop or use another gaming cloud provider

Worst experience evere - waitning time is long, games won't even start (turns black screen instead). wasted my money and time trying to make it work....

Просто кусок дерьма в не сервис! Очереди по часу, с раскладками проблемы - если включил с русской раскладкой то будет использоваться только кириллица, а залогиниться где-то не получится, потому что мыло нужно писать английскими символами, но переключить раскладку невозможно, приходится выходить и опять ждать очередь!

Absolute scam. Games don't work. Customer service is terrible. Their refund policy is non-existent. Avoid at all costs

Ich kann nur hiervon abraten. Ich habe einen 4€-Probemonat während der Corona-Zeit genutzt - einfach als Zeitvertreib. Ich habe die Vortex App auf macOS genutzt. Ich habe eine 100 MBit Leitung, die auch laut dem Vortex-Ping-Tester eine niedrige Latenz hat.

Zuerst zur App: die ist zwar chic aber irgendwie auch nicht vollkommen. Viele Texte sind Platzhalter oder auf Englisch, manche Buttons machen nichts und die App ist relativ langsam sowie instabil.

Zum Streamen: Wenn man ein Spiel startet, muss man erstmal in einer Warteschlange warten. Das dauert meistens etwa 5 Minuten. Die Streaming-Qualität ist äußerst schlecht. Selbst in Spielen wie Skyrim sorgt eine schnelle Bewegung für starkes Ruckeln und ein unscharfes Bild. Der Stream setzt häufig aus. Die Sprache des Spiels lässt sich nicht ändern. Man muss sich bei jedem Spielstart neu bei Steam einloggen. Die Bildqualität ist schlecht. Die Bildwiederholrate ist statt 60 FPS eher so bei 20 FPS.

Ums kurz zusammenzufassen: Vortex.gg taugt nix.

I tried playing GTA V but it had been down for maintenance every day for 3 days, and each maintenance took 1-2 days to complete.
Please, don't buy this.

I have tried a basic plan whith 50 hours of playing. It has benn 15 days that i'm trying to play. Everytime, we are waiting to be connected to a machine, and often, after waiting 15 or 20 minutes, the app told you that connection is not possible and you have to try again later. When you succeded to be connect to a machine (note very often), the games don't launched. You're completely stucked in anyway. According to the app's stats, I've been playing two ours and a half since the beginning of my plan, but in reality, this time was mostly spent waiting for most of games to start. I've tried on my computer and my smart TV, but I don't recommend it, unless if you like to waste money and time.
