DO NOT PAY THEM!!! I bought a subscription and with my 15mb/s internet the games were lagging. They don’t want to make redound because they say I played more then 15 min. How? I just opened 2 games, waited for them to load and closed when I was connected because it is lagging as hell

Service is not good but customer service is also rude. I can deal with the technology not quite being there but rude customer service and thats a 0/5 from me

So i decided to give this a try as i dont have a powerful enough computer to run most games, and i got surprised how well the games Ran. After some hours of playing i decided to upgrade my plan to ultra, played some more hours, but last couple of days ive been trying to play a game i just got put into a queue was saing place in queue 1 then waited around 3 hours i got moved to 3 and never got to play again as i cant be asked wainting that long to log in to a game scpecially paying this prices... Very disapointed with their services... so i wont recomend them to anyone...

Had 2 seconds of input lag on Doom and PUBG. They also have a really limited amount of games available (even way less then geforce now).

Paid for basic subscription, launched Skyrim. There were just blurred pixels instead of game (I had 60 Mb/s 5MHz connection). I tried to relaunch it several times (Including logging in to Steam with a code via email), but to no avail.
I wrote to them and asked for a refund. Vortex support answered that my logs show 30 min of playing Skyrim and that they will not refund subscription to me. Awful client experience!

Okay 'bout 2 mouths ago I purchased Vortex.gg Thinking okay I've heard so many good stuff on there "website" maybe I'll give it a try Right?
NOPE! Quality is Worse than my $250 Laptop I mean Vortex Offers You "60FPS" "High Quality Gaming" That's all BS I mean I'm GTA V Fan so you know... I've only got 5-20 FPS I mean 30 is okay but that low nope! And 60% of the games either have black screens whenever you log in to steam or just freezes every 5 seconds. And Don't even try to ask for a refund if you bought it well Rest In Peace Cuz not getting you're money back You've probably heard reviews saying they only give you 15 mins and after that no refund

I mean no type of loyalty to there customers!!!
If you have this cancel you're subscription let them have you're money and move on
Switch to something like Shadow or Vectordash
So You get the Idea DON'T USE VORTEX

This is probably the worst and i mean it the worst cloud gaming app or company that there is or lack of. The customer service is subpar to the lowest IQ available on this planet earth. The whole interface is stupid to be honest ,
Half the time you would just be waiting for machines even if you buy their PRO or ULTRA version. They also have a weird policy that dosen't let you test out their service cause then why would you buy it if you know the post truth. Also the last day of your subscription even if you have 20-30+ hours left you will not be able to play and i do not know why. Sucha waste guys do not waste your time money or energy with this hopeless bunch.

Choppy frame rates, delayed feeds, and clunky experience made this impossible to use. I spent maybe 30 minutes trying to figure out how to solve the countless issues and finally gave up. When I went to ask for a refund, they said that since I had more than 15 total playable minutes, I was no longer elligibile for a refund. HOW CAN ANYONE KNOW AFTER 15 MINUTES WHETHER A SERVICE IS RIGHT FOR THEM? Well good news is if you're reading this review, you know not to get into business with these slimeballs.

Finger weg, erst muss man Ewigkeiten warten bis man spielen kann und dann schreibt man den Support an und plötzlich ist der Account gelöscht... hatte ihn jetzt drei Tage und mein Geld bekomme ich auch nicht zurück kurzgesagt es ist Betrug 9,99€ abzubuchen dann Ewig warten (zwei Stunden gewartet und es wird den Stunden abgerechnet, dann geht’s endlich und es kommt nach 5-10 Minuten Connection failed) zu müssen und dann als Krönung den Account grundlos zu löschen ohne Rückerstattung

Extremst schlechte Qualität! Nutze inzwischen Shadow und läuft perfekt.

Contacted support when I was setting everything up, didn't even have a game running and it was consuming "play time", support said it doesn't work like that even with proof, asked for a refund and they didn't want to do that either.

Another issue is the quality, it's laggy, blurry, disconnects often even with 250+ Mbps connection.

They clearly don't care about their business and would rather make what they can ripping people off.

I don't know why so many people are dissaponted with Vortex. My experience with it is satisfying at the moment, I just started playing GTA yesterday and it works very good. Maybe the reason is your poor Internet connection. Try to disconnect not necessary devices from your home network when you try to use Vortex, also connecting your computer to router with cable can help. I had small lags, but I changed FPS to 30 in Vortex menu (tab + esc) and graphics is little bit lower, but game is playable and gives a lot of fun. The only bad thing is that I can't change the language of audio in Witcher 3. I wanted to play it with Polish original dubbing, but I couldn't.

Generally the idea of Cloud Gaming is wonderful for people like me, who hasn't got fast and strong hardware for games.

DO NOT BUY SUBSCRIPTION. You won't be able to get a refund, everything is laggy and jumpy, quality is very low.

Loaded it onto my PC so my grandson could play Fortnite. After many hours of trying... it doesn't work. Couldn't get past the Fortnite login. The forums say it's a timing issue (slow response). Got into Epic O.K. but just couldn't sync with Fortnite, and it's the same Epic account! According to the Vortex advertisements, it shouldn't be this hard and take hours of trying, with no success.

Please do not order. I know it is not expensive, but not worth your time.

My experience with vortex is extremely bad. It is not worth a penny.

1. You will wait for ages in line.
2. Games keep on hanging.
3. The lag is not acceptable.
4. Support people are rude.
5. I requested a refund and they refused it because I played more than 15mins, which mostly was me trying to play actually, but it kept discounting without any reasons.

Nutze eine stabile Leitung von 50.000 per LAN und die Übertragung ist einfach schrecklich. Support ist nicht gerade eine Hilfe dabei und Erstattungen werden einfach im Keim erstickt...
Habe es noch an einem zweiten Standort über eine 100.000er Leitung getestet und auch dort war die Leistung einfach mies.
Mittlerweile habe ich einen Shadow erhalten und dort läuft selbst im Wlan alles ohne Probleme...

Ich habe mich angemeldet und direkt mehr als 30 Minuten warten müssen um zu spielen. Dann habe ich aufgegeben. Ich habe nicht genug Zeit, um jeden Abend so lange zu warten. Bitte nutzen Sie einen anderen Dienst, Vortex hat nicht die Kapazität.
