Their service doesn't even deserve 1 star. I subscribed and paid for the Pro because the game library of the basic wasn't great. As soon as I played the first game, it crashed. The video quality was SO bad. I did everything I could from my side to make it better, but it didn't work. So WITHIN THE HOUR of subscribing, I requested a refund. Not only did they take forever to reply, but they told me that because I played more than 15 MINUTES, I wasn't entitled to a refund. Well, of course I played more than 15 minutes; I was trying different games to see if the issue persisted. (Spoiler alert: It happened with every game I tried)! TOTAL SCAMMERS. DO NOT SIGN UP!

I would give this 0 if I could. Awful customer support. Horrible streaming quality. Totally unusable. They attempted to steal money out of my bank account with the information I gave them. It was only until my bank threatened them with criminal charges that they responded.

Einer der besten Cloud Gaming Anbieter die es gibt! Wenn ich ein Speil starte dauert es ein paar Sekunden bis ein freier Server da ist. In GTA Online komme ich innerhalb von ca. 3 min was sehr schnell ist und die Grafikeinstellungen kann ich auf Sehr Hoch stellen ohne auch nur einen FPS Drop. Das Problem ist, dass viele kein gutes Internet haben. Mit Glasfaser funktioniert es hervorragend. Wer also weniger als 25 mbps hat sollte die Finger davon lassen.

Das Programm stürzt ständig ab bzw es kommt kommt ständig "Keine Rückmeldung".

Dazu kommt dann die lange warte Zeit in der Warteschlange.

Geld erstatten sie auch nicht zurück weil sie genau wissen das es Abzocke ist.

This service is a total scam. Vortex does not work and the amount of lag is unbearable, and they do not even care to refund.

I tried to load an EA game I own and it said "update cannot be installed" on their server. Contacted support, asked for assistance, sent screengrabs, days went by and they asked me to send video, their response was literally "it works for us".... wow. Way to go. I have asked for refunds many times and they charged me two months and I didn't even get to play 2 minutes.

This is a scam. I paid for the pro subscription to play Civ6 with my friends on my NVIDIA Shield. I figured, hey, GFN works, maybe this will too. After getting 18fps on the SHIELD, I decided to check on my 10th gen i7 with 32GB of RAM and 1Gbps wired connection. What do you know, 18fps! Clearly the end-user hardware and internet are not at issue (c'mon Vortex.gg, I dare you to blame my technology). Given the obvious problems, I chose not to waste more of my time and energy following up with a company that are clearly a bunch of robbers. But, please, remind me how the fault is in my failure to read and not your failure to provide service.

Played the first 30 minutes of Skyrim (mostly just the opening credits) - I'm on a 500mbps connection sat next to the router.

Gameplay was fine if you didn't do anything in the game! As soon as you tried to do anything it couldn't cope at all - lags, poor quality, no frame rate at all.

Spoke to customer service who said no refund if you've played more than 15 MINUTES!!!!!! If this is what they have to rely on to keep your money that tells you how bad the company must be - only a company that knows how bad the service is needs a policy like this. They are a bunch of con artists - avoid.

Sometimes need to wait for connection, because there is a queue for resources. Frame drop happens frequently.

Interesting idea but probably just done by a couple of dudes who don't want to have a real job. Terrible experience overall. You wait forever and the games are very slow. I have 150 mbit/s download speed and still this service cannot work as advertised.

I didn't use Vortex for the games I play (Apex, PUBG, LOL) and I just had time to test the platform for a few minutes (by the way, I didn't really play because the chromebook platform makes the sliders of a smartphone appear... so it was a waste of time).

The platform didn't refund me because I don't have more than 15 minutes on the games (it probably took me a bit more time than that to try to fix the problems of the chromebook platform).

So it's clearly theft.

Пацаны, сервис реально отстойный. Мало того, что игр очень мало. Гта будет эксклюзивном гугла, тут ее не будет, я повелся, не почитал... за 1,2к всего 50ч. Самый ближайший сервер в Польше. Пинг минимум 50-60мс это на оптоволокне со скоростью 300мбпс.

Рефанд делать не хотят, мол играл больше 15 минут...

Лучше уж нвидией пользоваться, она и стоит меньше и у них свои серваки в Москве (вроде ещё Урал есть).

Короче, челики тупо разводят, сначала подрубаешь за 600 руб - игр ниxуя, думаешь, ну уже заплатил, заплачу ещё стоко же, платишь, а там 360р с лагами дикими... денежки тю-тю. Да ещё и рекуррент (автоплатеж), на карту вешают... отрубайте заранее

I just use(d) it to play GTA Online, well when it worked it was laggy as hell but now the game is under "maintenance" for over a week!!! Furthermore the unspent hours do not accumulate to the next month AND if you complain about not being able to play and ask for a refund, they say it's impossible to attend to your request because you've used more than 15 minutes! Definitely not woth it.

Ho aspettato molto tempo per prendere Vortex, circa una settimana, perché il gioco per cui lo prendevo (GTAV) era sempre in manutenzione. Dopo una settimana scopro che il gioco non è più in manutenzione e decido quindi di comprare l'abbonamento per giocarci. Dopo un'ora che ci gioco, gta ritorna in manutenzione; allora scrivo all'assistenza per ottenere il reso e mi dicono che non posso ottenere il reso perché ho giocato più di 15 minuti (praticamente il tempo di caricamento) e che non sanno quando il gioco finirà la manutenzione. Dopo varie sollecitazioni all'operatore lui non mi riesce neanche a dire più a meno quanto ci impiegherà (se giorni, settimane o mesi) e mi risponde con risposte (chiaramente) predefinite, che gli hanno detto di dire (es, di scrivere un email e che lui non sa niente ecc.)

Eine der schlechtesten Cloud-Gaming Provider die es gibt. Ich finde es undverständlich wie man so ein schlechtes Produkt überhaupt der Öffentlichkeit andrehen kann. Mit sehr starkem Input Lag und katastrophaler Qualität, sowie extremst niedriegen fps ist Vortex unbrauchbar. Selbst einfache Spiele wie Among Us sind selbst auf niedrigsten Einstellungen unspielbar. Die gröchste Frechheit jedoch ist dieses "Produkt" für 10 Euro zu verkaufen. Ich würde für Vortex max. 20 cent bezahlen und die nur wegen der großen Auswahl an Spielen, aber eigentlich finde ich Vortex sollte den Kunden bezahlen, als Schadensersatz für was er durchgehen muss. Da würde ich 1000 mal lieber NVIDIA GeForce Now für 5 Euro kaufen, wo ich zwar eine kleinere Auswahl an Spielen habe, dafür aber jedes Spiel mit bis zu 200 fps, ohne input lag und in akzeptabler Grafik spielen kann. Allgemein würde ich Vortex als das schlechteste Produkt des Jahres 2020 auszeichnen und dem Publisher schon fast Betrug unterstellen.
