I've had 2 brand new Vapes and both were faulty
My first was the Drag S, which at 1st refused to turn on after 5 clicks of the power button but as soon as it did work the auto draw came into play and refused to stop working (incidentally no one was actually draw/dragging on the vape at the time) the tank got so hot that in order to turn it off I had to pull the tank off (5 clicks of the power button would not turn it off !!??) This resulted in my fingers getting burnt in getting the tank off ... If it was left I'm sure that this vape would have either gone bang or caught the whole house alight ( OR/AND BOTH!)
My second device (that was ordered directly after the Drag S) was a Voopoo Drag X Pro, this one refused to even turn on at all, dispute 2 brand new batteries being bought for it.
I run 2 YouTube channels (one for Vapes and another for Tech) and these were both bought out of my own pocket in order to put some good content up but sadly with 2 Voopoo products, the supposed good reviews, turnt into bad reviews, something that I was hoping with Voopoo products would not happen!!??
Very doubtful if I'd consider doing YouTube reviews on Voopoo vapes again, as so much money wasted

I ordered 2 items from them on Jan. 21st for someone's birthday on Feb.6th they still had not shipped it out on Feb. 1. The literal worst shopping experience I've ever had.
Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish. Have 2 vapes, drag and drag s pro. They both leak fluid and runs out of the air gap and down the handle, end up with juice over my hands. A constant problem and has been for months, despite trying everything to sort this out. Coils are also junk, some last 1 week, some last a day. Don’t waste your money with these utter useless products, causes more stress. I’ve now decided to ditch them and move on the a different vape system, so fed up and angry that they sell this utter junk, Don’t buy any voopoo products you will regret it!

Tank will not hold fluid after the first day. Tried 2 tanks. I thought I wanted a replacement from geek vapes till I tried the brand voopoo. Very disappointing.
6 weeks of waiting on a vape that never came.
I had gotten a VooPoo V.thru vape( through a third party) and i really liked it but it broke so I ordered a new on November 25 through the VooPoo website thinking it was better than using a third party site but boy was I wrong. Yes, the vapes are shipped from china, which I did not know until two weeks passed and I looked up the tracking info to see where the vape was and to my surprise it was in china and there were no more shipping updates besides it being in china and that was on dec 4 , so I emailed them on Dec 13 asking them what is going on and if I should cancel the order and place another one because something seemed off and then whichever one came first I would send back the other one, but i was told I couldn’t cancel my order and to be patient and it’ll be here soon and that it’s normal for it to be held at customs in china but it just had actually cleared that day so no worries. So that’s what i did, i was patient and didn’t worry and thought well there’s nothing I can do, it’ll be here when it gets here and there were updates that it was on its way to the US . But they consistently told me to be patient and not to worry and that it takes up to a month and sometimes more around holidays to receive items from china, but when i placed my order I had zero indication from their website that it is was coming from china, I remember when placing the order it said 7-10business days( I looked deeper into the website on the FAQS and saw that it does say it could take 8-28days) but if I knew it was coming from China I would have ordered through a local company that I have used many many times and have always received my orders quickly but like I said I thought it would be better to use the actual company website but clearly I was wrong . But anyways they kept assuring me this is normal and my vape will be delivered and to be honest I was a little annoyed but I understand things happen and I just wanted my dang vape so I trusted what they said. Some more time passed and the tracking site did say it was in my city and out for delivery so I was excited, well that was on December 19 that “ it was out for delivery” but then a week passed. So I emailed them again saying I’m confused on how my vape is still out for delivery a week later ? and they told me once again not to worry and it should be delivered between dec22-dec30 but to allow for an extra 5-7 days for the holiday season and they offered me 8USD refund for the inconvenience. And I said sure whatever I guess, I’ll take the $8 refund and I’ll just keep waiting and hoping it shows up in 5-7 days (when we were emailing it was already dec 30 ) Welllll just yesterday(Jan.6) I got an email about how they are so sorry but somehow my order was in route BACK TO THE SENDER! And they had the audacity to send me the address I gave them( which is my correct address) and they said once I corrected my address they would like to send me out another vape….. They literally typed my address into google and attached the screenshot of it in the email and yeppp there was a google imagine of my house …..with the correct address I gave, the mailbox on my treelawn….soooo yea I have zero clue how they thought my address was wrong when they literally had a picture of my home and sent it to me in the email, it’s not like it was a picture of an empty field or something and they had no where to deliver it to. So I told them I have ZERO confidence if they sent me another one that it would arrive considering they have the correct address and the picture of my home and I wasn’t about to wait another month and a half for something to maybe arrive when I can order it somewhere else and it will actually arrive and in a timely manner ( but at this point I’ll never buy another voopoo product again ) But yea within a minute of me sending that email, they sent me an email stating they are issuing a refund and it’ll take 3-7 working days for my refund. So hopefully I do actually receive my refund and the headache will be over.
I don’t know, I think they need to be wayyyy more transparent that they are based in china and that they use some random shipping company( that seems to be not so organized or reliable.) I really did like my V.thru vape and I have 6 extra pods but after this experience and also reading other reviews, I’m realizing the vape probably wasn’t that great. It broke a couple weeks after I had it, it just stopped charging but I thought maybe it was something I did or it was because I got it through a third party and not through VooPoo but now I see that the company and the products just aren’t what I thought. It’s disappointing considering VooPoo had a great reputation when their vapes first came out but clearly something has changed. So if I were you, I would just find a different brand of vapes to use and avoid using this company because it’s not worth the headache and especially when there are many great vape companies out there.

Cheats and scammers
Cheats and scammers. Sold me 3 VooPoodrag X Pros. All leak and waste all, all overheat. Have burnt my mouth and inhaled hot oil. They refuse to honour paltry 3 month warranty and will not refund or even accept return. I have escalated the matter to MHRA.

I ordered a vape from voopoo and they said it'll take about 3-30 days. On the tracking app it said that the label was printed, and it stayed like that for 2 months. USPS told me that the package has not been sent and only the label was printed too. I tried notifying the customer service and they said "can you wait 2 more weeks? If not then we can do a refund or resend the package". I already bought a vape by then, and I asked for a refund, they said it'll take about 3-5 business days for a return. It's been 2 weeks now. Nice, Thanks voopoo.

So i have purchased 3 voo poo mods, the drag X plus. Good mod, thus why i have bought more. However yesterday i thought i should upgrade the firmware, its about 6 months old. So i did.... Official software, official firmware, unit will NOT power up again. Dead... Ive googled the cr$p out of it, no good.
So i contact voo poo (POO being the correct term for this business, just plain trash), they tell me, after a few emails back and fourth, proof of purchase etc etc, that they have a 90 day warranty.
So hear me out, is it just me? You buy a product, well 3 of them to be exact, 1 for my wife, 1 for me, and 1 in backup (been vaping for 15 years, boy scout, be prepared yeah? :)) You have been using it for 6 months, love it, great mod, and ive had a fair few over the years. You then go to the offical website and dl the latest fw, then the unit wont start again? Is that my issue?

I’ve been thru about 8 Voopoo vapes
I’ve been thru about 8 Voopoo vapes, starting with the VTHRU Pro x5 then two Vinci Royals and now plain old Vinci, I’ve kept going because I like the size but at this rate I’ll be spending more than I was on ciggies.
The only constant I’ve found with my Voopoo products is that they WILL breakdown, it’s like they have a built in timer, I would buy 2 at a time and they’ve all broken within a day or two of each other

On October 15, 2018, I quit smoking after 20 years and bought my first e-cigarette. That's DRAG 2. I like the design at first look. The leather is very cool and classy.
AVOID VOOPOO DRAG 3
Bought drag 3. Used for 2 months. Told me "Atomizer Short." Cleaned all gunk and debris out from all contact points. Tried 6 separate different brand new coils. Randomly reads 1.4ohms on a 0.15ohm coil. Then goes back to reading 0.02ohms and not firing. Pretty f**ked off with it to be honest and I will be returning it.

Been using the Voopoo Drag S for about two months now and every now n then the liquid leaks . The first time it happened I checked online to find out why it was happening and the solution recommended was not to fill it full , which I wasn’t doing and I started to fill only half the tank . Despite that it leaks unexpectedly. I am writing this review bcoz it happened today and stained one of my best pants that I use for meetings . So wouldn’t recommend the device . Time to change to a more realiable one .

Rubber stopper for VooPoo Vinci pod broke after 3 weeks so cannot refill it. Apparently "user damage" is not covered by warrranty. So EUR 45 device is useless after 3 weeks. Recommendation: don't buy VooPoo.
