I wish I'd never bought this leaky piece of cr#p. Whoever thought that putting both the coil loading & the fill port at the base of the tank/pod, was a good idea, seriously needs to re evaluate whether they're in the right job.

Absoulte rubbish. Paid over the odds in a pop up vape shop. Coil is impossible to replace. Ordered new heads came without coil. Latex plug snapped day one. Leaked everywhere. Do not buy.

I had a voopoo Drag Q. Quit working properly. Would continue to run after releasing the fire button. Requested waranty, was denied due to 91 days in lieu of within the 90 day period. JUNK.... will never purchase the product again.

My last voopoo drag 2 lasted 4 years with over 750,000 vapes on it until it died , i loved that mod, i even got in touch with voopoo to rebuild it, but wasnt worth the cost 😥
anyway my voopoo too is still going strong after 3 years and 500,000 vapes on it. my my voopoo drag X plus has hit over 100,000 vapes and still going strong after 2 years, just bought a voopoo drag m100s..and as usual is it another perfect mod from voopoo..I have looked at youtube review's at other expensive mods, bought them, and they all failed within 3 months, i learned my lesson so my only go to vape mod is 100% voopoo, i have had years and a lot of nice vapes from their products..love voopoo products 100% and well recommended for a lasting vape mod! 💖😍🥰

Total garbage
Total garbage. Had the Drag-S, then the Drag-S Pro. The Pro is even worse than the regular. Can't turn off auto-draw. Constantly changes wattage automatically due to constantly reading coil resistance incorrectly. The different settings are confusing and seem to have zero affect on the operation. I've had the vape change to max wattage suddenly, causing the worst vape I've ever tasted and completely ruined the coil and the remaining juice. The coils are also garbage. They disintegrate after very little usage. I've had coils self-destruct after a few days of use. After one day of use I've seen the coil glow red hot while using it, causing a disgusting burning taste. Do not buy this brand. The coils leak like crazy. I tried a different resistance and that one was even worse. Probably 60% - 80% of the juice leaks out and is wasted. I am honestly baffled that this company still exists with such garbage products.

had 2, first one seemed ok for 3 months but battery degraded so quickly to the point it was 10 vapes and dead, so bought bassically the same thing that takes 18650 batterys, after 2 months i kept having to
repetatively tighten 2 screws that held the heat plate in place, then after not even four months the button broke so if i used it, it stuck on, so eneded up straight up dangerous, glad that didnt happen in a bag or something.

Exactly two months to the day the mod stopped working, it stopped being able to read coils
After contacting the company to claim the 90 day warranty they informed me that I would need to send the vape to them for repair but I would need to pay the post being £20 the vape only costs £30 itself
They then essentially told me unlucky if I don't pay the postage they won't honor the warranty the only compensation they remotely offered was two packs of coils totalling £8 for both if I paid to post it to them?
They've made it impossible to claim the warranty especially when compared to more well know brands
Just don't bother buying the vape was good but not worth the short lifespan and terrible customer service
Bad, so so bad
In 12 months I’ve bought 2 voopoo pod vape systems. After approx 6 months they stop working. Which to be honest, I know they’re cheap these ones (around £20) but if you can’t do it properly then just don’t do it at all mate. Like seriously, it’s so bad I will never ever buy voopoo again and have told all my friends, word of mouth with bad experiences spread like wild fire.

I've gone through 5 Voopoo Vinci's in the past year, 3 of them just flat out stopped firing with no error message, I tried changing coils, cleaning them thoroughly and plugging them in to no avail, the fourth one decided to fire on its own in my bag and nearly blew itself up, the fifth one just wont charge any more. I have spent far too much on these products and have now moved to another manufacturer as these are not reliable or safe.

A good vape, it holds charge for a very long time and the tanks are easy to fill up (I use two different types of tanks). The feel, weight and power all work well to do the job.
I really like the smart function and the puff cycles are consistent.
The reason for the 4 ⭐ while charging, the balance isn't great and has to be positioned correctly.

Every few or even a month will require you to purchase a new vape entirely or just the head. Neither are worthy since they just bowing your money. I have been with them for three months. I have brought a a new vape and now it's dying no matter if I charge it or buy the head. It's not worth the money or time.
But ONE that counts for several months not for several weeks. VOOPOO is a scam of money. Their products brake down so easily it makes you want more.

What can your customer claim?

Terrible customer service, I ordered a product from voopoo after waiting for 2 weeks I emailed them to see what happened, they tell me I should receive my product in about 35 days ,which they don't mention, I have bought a new product somewhere else and received it in 5 days ,there customer service is the worst ,I will not buy from them or their products anymore, and I still have not received it to this day
