Bought a voopoo vinciQ this week, nothing but trouble, battery goes flat as soon as I've charged it, spits all the time and has burnt my lips several times, took it back to shop I bought it from and they told me it was the pod, bought 3 new pods and still does the same, wouldn't recommend this too anyone!!!!!
Horrible company
Like everyone else’s comments about this company, they are correct. The company will not give you an exchange for their faulty products. Even with clear concise details of how multiple products purchased and all have been faulty, they will not consider a refund or exchange. Poor language communication, and poor product.

There should be a ZERO star review!! Horrible product and horrible company! I purchased their Musket and it was defective upon purchase. It completely broke after a few weeks. I contacted them about it. I sent them all the required documents and they denied my claim. I reported them to the CPSC. Now the BBB. This is absurd. They are a COMPLETE CHINESE SCAM! Let’s all get together and fight for our consumer rights!

This company’s customer service is abysmal their devices are highly problematic and their customer service e mail is constantly unavailable which says it all really , I write a lot of reviews on trust pilot and this is my first bad review , after several politely addressed emails I still received no replies whatsoever, please avoid this company as they really don’t give a crap once you have bought their appallingly useless devices they should be banned from uk sales and am in the process of writing to Amazon to discuss how they can support such a poorly non customer interaction company. Please avoid or be very very disappointed .

One star isn’t remotely worthy for this company. Iv just received an email to inform me the vape I chose upon this being the drag 2 refresh edition in scarlet is currently out of stock and not produced anymore and that I should cancel my order yet the moneys already been taken from my account ?! Why would you advertise a product if it’s out of stock and not produced anymore yet in the time of ordering it never mentioned any of the above!! They don’t once mention anything about a refund or dealing with the situation further they just apologised lots with bad English may I add. I have emailed them back calling them up on this what would appear to be a SCAM and demanded a refund immediately - what an absolute joke !!!

Avoid at all costs. Bought a drag s 80 days ago. It’s leaking badly even when stood upright! Battery goes flat from a full over night charge warning an hour. The battery is rattling around inside the casing. Customer services have said 150-200 puffs before going flat is right. The leaking is something I’m doing wrong. I’ve taken it to a shop and I’m doing it right. They were apparent a dodgy batch which should Have been recalled. I am not entitled to any replacement or refund even though I’m within 90 days as apparently the unit is fine!!! Ive now bought a Vaparesso mini and it lasts a whole day. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THE DRAG UNITS.

So I've had this drag X plus pro for a few months and it just dies out of the blue. Batteries are fine wont turn on wont charge no screen nothing. Ive been mtl vaping at 15 watts since I've got it. Total junk.

One star too kind. Got a drag x plus. Not 1 month in and it won't switch off without pulling the battery, also won't connect to pc to update. Customer service responded all the way up to me sending authentication code images and vids of issue and proof of purchase. Then nothing! Save your cash and time and go for a different brand
I've owned countless VooPoo products
I've owned countless VooPoo products, and always resorted back to the Vinci. For many good reasons. Back after one of mine failed (and many have failed), I bought a new kit. It didn't matter what coil I tried, they always leaked. And leaked ALOT. Not "condensation", I mean the top would literally fill up with juice. Also many different juices, brands, percentages, oil ratios, etc. Bought another one. Same problem. Ordered one online bc I thought it could be a bad batch. Same problems. Pictures and videos to show it. Problems started immediately. Different ways of priming, not priming. Contacted customer service, and went back and forth for months. They finally accepted the products were faulty and said they shipped 1 (even though I had 4 with same problem. All with receipts, authentication confirmed, etc). 3 months later, I still haven't received mine. They were once great, but not anymore. You are wasting your money. SUPER TIP: ONLY BUY A TOP FILL TANK. It won't leak. Wish I wasn't such a moron and realized this hundreds of dollars ago. Geekvape Zues Aegis Kit is reliable as it gets, easy coil change, top fill with screw top, so you don't have to deal with plastic/rubber breaking on you. Taste is awesome. Coils last way longer than any other device I've owed, and I've had a ton. Been vaping since 2014. Shame on VooPoo!

Voopoo sucks. Horrible customer service they don’t even speak English. I tried to return my faulty product and get a replacement and they tried making me pay for return shipping. Ridiculous. Never dealing with such a crap company again.

Bought a VooPoo Argus Air and hasn’t worked since every coil says low resistance and VooPoo just ignores my emails very bad customer service. Personally I really like VooPoo hardware but the issue in support from the company is appalling for the size and stature of the company.
Worst vape I've ever owned
Worst vape I've ever owned. Had my v thru pro not even 2 weeks and then this morning it started auto drawing on my way to work so I couldn't go straight to a vape store. By the time I was able to get to the vape store it had auto pulled enough to where the "drip" caused the warranty to be void

I have contacted customer service by email and repeated on saying my Drag 3 keeps on leaking while using or not using. i have explained to them several times about that I changed my coil every week or depending, and also bought a new TPP tank and nothing, still leaking. all iv been getting is problems with the Drag 3 if i known the drag 3 was like this and spent over £60 i would of bought a different vape or the drag X. It seems the support is not helping as i have stated in the email that i have changed my coil and tank and still have same problem. i am not using cheap liquids. They keep replying back have you changed your coil? well obviously. repeatedly asking this.
2nd DRAG 2 I bought in 6 months
2nd DRAG 2 I bought in 6 months! First one stopped working. Said check atomizer. Out of warranty by 1 month. SECOND DRAG 2 worked for 6 weeks before doing the same thing!
Emailed support about warranty and was told to submit all kinds of pictures and videos of the device not working. After a thread of 40 emails I was offered a coupon. THEN, I was told to choose a color and pay S&H. Only to be asked to choose another color bc they where out. FINALLY, I was told they where shipping the device. But NO ONE asked for my address. After complaining again, I was told they don’t ship vapes to the US! So not only do they not honor the warranty. But they completely WASTE YOUR TIME with dozens of emails! I see this happening to so many ppl!
Warranty is not something you get with these
Customer service done care about dealing with your faults , just keep asking for more and more evidence first mod broke after 4 months . Battery door broke . Second mod was already broke when it got delivered . They ask for photos videos ect ect and that's still not enough for them . I won't buy another voopoo product
