I made a purchase and have yet to receive any notice that it was shipped. I emailed these guys asking for an estimated delivery and all they could say was “it’ll be shipped in two days” but heard nothing back. It’s been over 5 days so I emailed them again and have received no response. They have poor customer service which it boils down to communication. It also states on their website that items are shipped within two days, that’s also a lie. I wouldn’t bother wasting your money here. You’ll never receive what you paid for. This is embarrassing.

I placed an order on 10/09 on 10/10 it said it was shipped out. When checking the USPS it states a label was printed and they are awaiting the package.

It is against the law to charge for an item until it has shipped and there has been no movement on the USPS website since the 10th. I have reached out to their customer service multiple times over the last 3 days with no response.

There is absolutely no reason why I have not received my items in 8 days. They ship from New York, and I live in Boston. I have received items from Australia in less than a week. I am disputing the charges with my bank currently.

Ive been a loyal Voopoo customer for 5 years. I went through 6 Drag X and S pros. They are a junk product. They start failing within months. They glitch, wattage changes on its own, they turn on by themselves, and they fall apart. I am switching brands and do not recommend Voopoo vapes

Purchased a Argus pro 2 and the chamber where you put the liquid was faulty I have emailed them several times and basically they just don’t want to know
Instead they want me to purchase another chamber
On top of what I’ve already paid
Absolutely disgraceful and unfair treatment

Purchased 2 dragx2 devices I am totally happy with my purchase to have a device that doesn't leak is a life change I've been through so many devices just to find something that doesn't waste juice and Leak not to mention all the coild I burn from terrible leaky devices I love this module in every way that counts finally got it right! 😀

well. what can I say. Purchased a voopoo argus gt2 and spend over £100. used barely for 6 months. and device would go hot like crazy when charging. contacted voopoo.. They referred me to their website which states 3 months warranty.

It's an absolute joke!!!

YOU spend all this money for a 90 day warranty.

My suggestion would be just to go and play lottery. At least the chances of you winning would be far better then getting any serious service from voopoo.

These are money hungry companies.. They pray on people like us whom spend the hard earned money on supposed quality products. Only to be scammed and told that only 90 days warranty.

Why would any company out there that makes a decent product give you a 90 day warranty? It is because their product is designed to be faulty after that.

So don't wate your money. Find a better company that gives you at least 12 months warranty.

OR better.

quit vaping or smoking. at least you will not be a mugg to these companies.

My drag 4 fell apart didn't even get 40,000 hits and place I bought it Says oh f..k didn't replace it or anyn who do I complain to in UK to see if IL get replacement threw it out but have pictures

I placed and order for 1 3pk of coils on 07/14/2024. I was told it would arrive within 6-10 days. I just received my package on 08/06/2024. When I reached out to them all they could do is tell me to keep waiting patiently.

Avoid - overloaded with spam emails from them with no way of stopping them. Honestly don’t even remember giving them my email, It’s not a company I’d use.

Bought Argus gt ii for $69.99. The device came pretty fast, and stopped working even faster... I've bought many Drag 4 etc. This one stopped working after few days it came. I've contacted them told them the issue. They tried not to take responsibility. Asked me for a video, wich I provided. Than the Genius rep writes me to try and charge the batteries.. really??? Anyway, after arguing, they said they sent me a new one and gave me tracking number usps. They never actually sent an item, just created usps label. They really think ppl are stupid... they say that they "confirmed" with usps that it was sent. It's 8 days since they created that label... I tried to explain them that shipping anything in the us, takes less than 4 days. Anyway guys, stay away from that store, save your money and energy.

I bought 2 twin packs of voopoo vape pods and there were a couple of problems I noticed while using it. 1 the hole where you fill the vape pod is very small and the vape oil spills all over my fingers and any clothing I'm wearing. 2. The oil leaks during use out of the place where you fill it up even though the rubber bung is pressed down flat and in place. Both of these issues are wasting my vape oil and spilling the oil onto clothing. I find even though its small amounts it is still wasteful. Other than that yhe vape pod works well and gives a clean taste. Recommend using a spectate vape pod for each flavour vape as the flavours do intermingle and can ruin the vaping experience.

I bought a Voopoo Drag E-60 in December 2023. After about 2.5 months it started working on its own while sitting on a table. It would vape and blow out vape on its own, started leaking into and out of the device. The leaks ruined my couch and clothing, a damage of about $700. The defect was so odd that I thought it is just a phase and will go away. I then contacted the customer service which emailed me back and forth for about week and by the end of it they told me that I missed their 90 day warranty by about a week or so and that they would not honor the warranty. Aside from all the hassle and substantial damages, I find the product dangerous because if you are not around when it starts working on its own it becomes a fire hazard that could do a lot more damage than I suffered. Don't take my word for it; WATCH THE VIDEO WITH THE SOUND ON!!

Let's start with the battery life since it is an internal battery, you had better be near a charger if you use your device often during the day. It also can not be used while charging. The size is nice because it fits well in the pocket but you'll be pushing all the buttons when you walk. The coils don't last as long as other brands. The tanks port for refilling is closed by a rubber stopper flap that rips after a couple weeks of use. That piece can't be replaced. When speaking to customer service they told me I need a new tank. It's a tiny piece of rubber that pops in come on man!

I have reported the matter to trading standard and Amazon (where I purchased the device) both have been very helpful. I bought a Voopoo Drag S pro vape and 2 months later it started randomly turning on a vaping by itself continuously, causing the device to heat up to a very high temperature. Voopoo is based in china and the communication was poor, they were not interested in taking the issue seriously even though this is clearly a fire risk, please avoid

I have bought 3 different brands of voopoo mods and they broke fairly quickly. The company just sends you different YouTube links to try and fix them but they never work. Junk. Don't buy

This company is absolutely terrible. Their products are defective and they have the worst customer service out of any place i have ever dealt with. If I could copy the conversation I would post it. I purchased the Argus G2 vape and it took a week to get. Next i had it for only a week and the top started lifting up and the display was resetting constantly. I was moving at the time but i wrote them explaining it and they said that they would send a new one and i said ok send it to my new address and gave it to them. They sent to the wrong address and the people kept it I told them to send me one and they said no. I had to argue for 2 weeks before the finally decided to just give me my money back. That was a 6 month waste of time and the problem never got solved!!!

I've had 3 different voopoos and they are all poo every one of them leaked bought a voopoo Vinci 3 as recommended by shop within month started firing on its own and all leaking took back to shop no help as out of warranty so I contacted voopoo directly after numerous emails of explaining and sending pictures and videos they wanted me to send it to them at own expense so they can investigate and see if faulty or if I did it broke it . I didn't bother as waste of time as they would just said my fault so I went back to first vape had innokin brilliant never had problems . I Will never buy another voopoo again rubbish cheap

This is a crap product with even worse after sales service. Barely had my drag s for a month and it started misfiring. After being given the runaround for a week with having to send videos of how to clean and and what not I sent a video of it malfunctioning I simply got a mail saying I must return it on my cost so they can investigate if the device was misused. Out of frustration I bought a geekvape and never looked back. My wife has the Smok and she is also happy. Voopoo is a sh#@@ product with bad service. I now use the device as a doorstopper to keep my doors open at home. Never buy this product!!!
