Excellent from start to finish

Following a collision in December, Vizion directed my vehicle to Pentagon Sheffield for repairs. While the repair work took considerably longer than any of us would have liked, it would be unfair for me to apportion any blame on either Pentagon’s Body Shop or VizionNetwork. Unfortunately, the delay was due to the vehicle manufacturer not being particularly forthcoming with parts needed for the repair, many of which were on back order with no expected delivery date. That said, I was informed each time something did arrive and once all of the parts became available the repair was carried out in a timely manner to a high standard.
My husband works in a body shop elsewhere in the parent company Motus; he looked over the vehicle when we collected it and was very impressed with the quality of the repair and the finish on the paintwork. High praise indeed coming from him, because he’s extremely picky!
Thank you Vizion, but more so Pentagon for getting me back in my car. I hope in the nicest possible way that our paths never cross again however, should I be unfortunate enough to be involved in another accident, I know that I can trust you to repair my vehicle to a high standard. Thank you once again.

The repairs to my vehicle were extensive, but they were carried out with professionalism despite an extended period due to the Christmas/New Year break. The car was returned perfectly repaired when promised. Very impressed.

The repair of my car was excellent. It came back to me washed polished cleaned inside & out. I can honestly say my car was cleaner than when I bought it. I cannot fault the staff who were excellent.

There were fantastic and kept me updated. Sophie on reception was brilliant. Ask a question,she gave u the answer. Nothing was too much trouble much trouble for her.
