I had damage to my car to no fault of my own, I went to steer (Coventry)to do my repairs I made the right choice they did a fantastic job to my car you would not think there was damage there before, they kept me informed throughout the time they had my car brilliant service hopefully I don't have to get repairs to my car again if I do I'll have no hesitation to going back to steer,I personally highly recommend them, thank you 👍

I cannot praise enough, the HB repairers in Ellesmere Port. They were always helpful answering all my queries. In 40 years of driving I'd never had an accident so found everything confusing but Vizion Network patiently dealt with my queries. Every single person I dealt with was sympathetic and helpful. My badly damaged car looks like nothing had ever happened to it. I found their Web page detailing all the steps along the way very useful. Also, it had the facility to save the veh reg and repair number so there was no need to keep looking it up. Only a minor point but stops frustration.

I have received a first class service from start to finish, receiving great customer service and regular updates of progress throughout. The snow did affect the start date unfortunately which couldn’t be helped, however the works have been completed as scheduled. My car looks brand new for which I am very grateful!

From the very start to the minute I got my car back i cannot fault my insurance company and Elder & Paton of Forfar, Constantly keeping you updated with everything that's going on. Very friendly staff including the drop off team, the workmanship on my car looks like it's from the showroom, I really glad to have my car back, it was just unfortunate to have happened prior to Christmas etc, cannot recommend them enough....THANK YOU EVERYONE that was involved..😁

To start with it took 3 attempts to have my car picked up with a courtesy car. However, I had regular updates throughout and the repair was completed in a reasonable time considering it was over the festive period. The repair was on a wing mirror and it looks like I have a newer style wing mirror fitted compared to my original. It's slightly larger, slightly different shape and a magnified mirror which I didn't have and needs to get used to.

Steve Mellor company are extraordinarily efficient and competent at every level of their organisation. You will probably speak directly to Steve at some point who speaks straight and to the point about the repair process. He told me exactly what was needed to repair my pickup and at every stage of the repair I knew what was happening. His team are efficient and reliable at everything they do and you'll be left astonished at their ability to get the job done. It doesn't surprise me at all that they are a dedicated repair team for NFU mutual insurance because these two organisations work so well together
If you want stress free motoring insurance these two teams are just streaks ahead of the competition. In fact there is no competition at all, in my opinion. Thank you to everyone in both organisations who dealt with me.

Good communication and mostly pleasant staff and technicians. After the assessment, I felt at ease and confident that a good job would be done.

Back side on the landrover had been smashed. They gave me a lovely curtesy car while it was being repaired
They gave me a timescale of when the vehicle would be returned which was spot on. They did a grand job. I would definitely recommend this company.

PK motors the accident repair centre was absolutely Marvel so was the insurance company. It was dealt with so professional. I only wish enterprise was as good as them.

My car was hit before Xmas (damage to 4 panels on one side) and I picked it up today - less than 4 weeks later.
Easy to upload photos etc. and the repairer itself was great, good communication and quality work.

Nathan and the team at Europa crash centre Birmingham kept me updated all the way whilst they had my car the job they carried out to my Peugeot 508sw gtline was excellent
