Affordable hosting and surprisingly reliable for the price.
I’ve been using Virtualine for about 7 months now for a movie/streaming website, which naturally receives a constant flow of DMCA complaints and abuse reports. Before switching, I went through several providers and kept running into the same issue - sudden suspensions or strict policies that made it hard to keep the site online consistently.
Since moving to Virtualine, the experience has been much more stable. The server has stayed online without unexpected shutdowns, and performance has been consistent even during traffic spikes. I’m currently running everything on a dedicated server and overall responsiveness have been solid.
What stands out most is the flexibility. They don’t immediately react to every incoming report, which gives you time to manage your project properly instead of constantly dealing with interruptions. At the same time, it’s not a completely unmanaged environment — there is still some level of control, which is actually good for stability.
Support responds and usually provide clear answers. I had a couple of situations where I needed assistance, and while it took some hours, everything was handled without major issues.
Overall, after 7 months of continuous use, I can say it’s been a reliable solution for this type of project. Not like big cloud providers of course but definitely more stable and predictable compared to most providers I’ve tested.
We tried to reach your abuse department multiple times regarding a hosted website, but never received a proper response. If you don't going to answer abuse reports why do you have abuse email contact? When I tried to talk with live chat they saying abuse handling only on email but nI didn't get any response since weeks.
I’ve been using Virtualine for about a year now, so I think I can give a fair long-term perspective. I started with a small VPS just to test things, and after a few weeks I moved one of my actual projects over. Setup was fast (a few minutes) and the panel is simple enough to manage without much effort.
Overall, the service has been stable. I did experience a couple of short downtimes during the year, but nothing critical and everything came back online without issues. For my use case, it’s been reliable enough.
Performance is good, especially disk speed on NVMe plans. CPU is stable under normal load. It’s not enterprise-level hosting, but for medium projects it does the job well.
Support is not instant, but they respond and usually solve the issue properly. Sometimes it takes a bit longer, but I haven’t been left without an answer.
One of the main reasons I chose them was flexibility. Compared to many providers, they are less restrictive. I also tested crypto payments and that worked smoothly. No KYC is a plus if you care about privacy.
If I had to mention downsides: Support response time can vary and occasional short outages (at least few times a year, which is acceptable to be honest).
Overall, after 1 year, I can say it’s a solid provider for its niche. Not perfect, but consistent and reliable enough. I’m still using it and plan to continue.
Had to reinstall the server a couple of times during initial setup, which was a bit frustrating. But since then everything has been running fine.
Incompetent support, dishonest refund practices, non-functional service. Stay far away.

waste of $75, even tho i got it for $5 less, but still, payment took about 5 hours as well first when i got server

they're really ignore dmca but they have very weird refund policy, when you mention "refund" they instantly refunding it and never allow you to buy again. I just said, “Solve this problem or give me a refund.” I expected a solution but instead of that they replied ticket after 1min with just "refund done" - although I'm a customer since 5 months.
For 5 months, I didn't get any suspend because of dmca so I can suggest this guys. However, support system MUST be more understanding and willing to help.
I recently transitioned to Virtualine with both my businesses. I am definitely not the most technical person and the support went out of their way, even taking things out of my hands to configure everything correctly. It’s a smaller company so support might be busy on same days but at least you’re speaking to someone that can actually help you instead of someone telling you to create a ticket. 10/10 recommend using their services!
I had a very disappointing experience with Virtualine.
After raising concerns about the service, my refund was processed, but immediately after that I was informed that my service would be automatically terminated within 48 hours, regardless of my situation.
What I found most unprofessional was the tone of the support response. I was explicitly told not to buy any new service and that they did not want to work with me. This is not how a professional company should communicate with a customer, even in case of disagreement.
I was given a very short deadline to take backups, creating unnecessary pressure and stress. While refunds exist to resolve issues, terminating a client in this way and with this attitude shows a lack of customer care and professionalism.
I recommend future customers to be cautious and ensure they are comfortable with this type of support approach before using their services.
Outright the worst VPS I've ever purchased, it's decent for it's price and supposed "anonymity", but nowhere near worth the random server downtimes. If you want to go to sleep and not worry about your VPS crashing/shutting off in the middle of the night and losing your data i would steer far from this VPS.
I have been using this service for quite a while now over 6-7 months the servers themselves are not bad, i wouldn't say they are very good but they are okay. The problem rn is that they go offline for quite a while randomly which isnt good if you are hosting a high traffic website or something and its not just the servers that go offline, they're own website gets a status code 524, other then that its okay
