This is the second occasion I have been disappointed with Vionic and had to order Vionic shoes on Amazon because Vionic did not have my size. This is frustrating because I am unable to earn reward points for future purchases. I have been a very reliable customer for years and find this deeply frustrating. Any suggestions for long time customers who should always be able to earn rewards with a Vionic purchase? Thank you.

Ik kocht 2 paar schoenen via België en kreeg een zonnebril ipv de schoenen! Dit trekt op niks dat zo een gerenommeerd merk het toelaat dat andere mensen met zeer slechte bedoelingen zo een goed merk slecht laten maken! Blijf er af is dikke scam!!!

Yes, I recently purchased a pair of Vionic slide on shoes online
As it turned out, it was not a proper fit as I recently had knee surgery
I’ve worn multiple styles of Vionic shoes for a long period of time never had a problem.
The problem I’m having now is your return system it is so not convenient for anybody who is disabled .
I called customer service and what they explained for your return policy is terrible. It is not convenient and of course she said nothing else can be done unless something is done. This will be my last pair of Vionic shoes.
What can be done?
I also asked to speak with the manager, and she said none was their very, very surprised.
Please let me know how this can be remedied

Love the shoes. If you have trouble with arch support and foot pain, they are the best. Recently I had the opportunity to engage with customer support and they were excellent. I will continue to shop directly with them online.

I purchased the men’s Vionic slipper. The are very comfortable. However, less than a year old the material that comes over the foot to the sole of the slipper started coming apart. And I only wore the slippers at home.Contacted Vionic Customer Service and was told the warranty is six months.

I purchased vionic shoes just a week ago, I removed the footbeds to air them out our new puppy unfortunately chewed on them a little before I could get them from him. I reached out to the company THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE I asked for replacements which I would pay for, The response was they don't have any way of servicing their products, they are basically the middle man, the manufacturer supplies their warehouse and no spare parts like REPLACEMENT FOOTBEDS just beware if you buy Vionic shoes

I think Vionic should do something about all these scam sites around, copying their shoes in different countries. I'm glad my bank realized before I did, but this site is a scam, and until Vionic does something to put a stop to all these scams, I'm not buying any shoes from them, no matter the site

The Customer Service are amazing. They have always been professional and quick. The footwear is first rate and so are the people there who want customers satisfied.

They send you a code for free shipping as a new customer. But when you use it..it doesn’t go through. So I lost $10 shipping for fake FREE shipping code! No one answers the phone for customer service and zero response to emails. Returned the shoes as were uncomfortable and not worth the money with zero customer service. Will never buy from them again. Buyer beware.

I went online found a pair of Vionic slippers that I wanted. I gave them my email address and phone # to received free shipping. I inadvertently chose $15 shipping, even though I put in a free shipping code. I immediately reached out to the company to let them know of the mistake. They have a no cancellation, no modification policy. So I have no resources. I will not purchase Vionic in the future. I only support companies with outstanding customer service. There are too many great companies that accommodate their customers.

Ho ordinato un paio di pantofole per mia madre a luglio … Servizio Clienti inesistente, l’articolo non arrivava così ho mandato mail e mi ha sempre risposto un account “service11”, penso cinese, mettendo scuse sui ritardi per la pandemia, per la guerra … a settembre mi hanno proposto il rimborso di pochi spiccioli (perché secondo loro l’articolo era stato inviato ma smarrito dal corriere …). Purchased a pair of sneakers at a podiatrist office,3 months later there was a hole in the toe of my shoe. Called customer service and it was horrible. These shoes are clearly made for people who are sedentary, I walk a lot at work and I walk for exercise. They don't tell you the sneakers can't handle all that

Certainly it takes a while to break down in Vionics, just like an orthotic. What did not work at all for me was the Velco closures which just did not work for any length of time despite me not wearing those shoes very much. They do not hold closed.

Terrible customer service, difficult to make returns or exchange. This is my first time trying vionic. And now my last. I ordered a size up and wide, and still to small and narrow, the shoe itself looks great if ONLY i could wear them. Cannot get anyone at company to help and my 30 days will be up soon. Very very disappointed! Thats alot of money to drop and never be able wear.

Bought vionic trainers and sandals on vionic Ireland, paid over 100 euro last March, no sign of order and no money back,it's a scam, please can someone take this website down,I don't have much money and suffer bad with planter facitis, I really needed them for work,I am so annoyed 😢

This is not about Vionics shoes either but is about vionicfrance.com. This is also a scam and I have passed the information onto my French bank to take further. I have still not received a reply to my contact with Vionics Uk about whether this is genuine.
I am not stupid and like to think I’m quite savvy and still fell for this. Surely Vionics themselves also need to take action to prevent this happening!

This isn't a review about vionics shoes as such. It's about making people aware that there is no vionicsireland.com or vionicsshoesireland.com it's a scam as I am too painfully now aware! So please do your reviews these websites above look absolutely legitimate and I am usually very wary but unfortunately got caught out this time, it took me 3 days to get through to UK vionics (which is a joke in itself) as on the website it shows numbers for UK and Ireland that's when they told me I'd been scammed as there's no Irish vionics website and that they are trying to take these fraudulent websites down. It's ridiculous that vionics know about them but yet these low life scum are still here everyday scamming people. It's not good enough just saying we are 'trying' to take them down.

They are no longer orthotic shoes! Orthoheel the original name were much better made! Will not buy them anymore!

I purchased 3 pairs of shoes. One pair the bottom of both shoes came unglued. I wasted a lot of time trying to work the customer service but did not get any help in the end. This is the first review I have ever written for any product. I just want others to know about the poor quality of these shoes

I purchased 3 pairs of shoes as I always do on their website. 1 pair I did not want so I returned it no problem and the other 2 I exchanged for a bigger size. All was seamless until I needed to return the 2 larger sized shoes. You can't submit another return on their site so you're left with calling customer service. They are completely unreachable. After multiple attempts I had to dispute it with my credit card. I'm appalled they conduct business like this. I'm sad to say that while I loved their shoes, I am done with them as a customer. I just can't deal with this.
