This is our 6th or 7th mortgage arranged through Vincent Burch. Matthew helped find the best mortgage on the market for us to switch to before our current mortgage ended. Janice helped with the comms between ourselves, the conveyancing company and the mortgage firms. We were given plenty of notice when each step was taking place and what was required. This has been one of the smoothest transitions we’ve ever had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm!

Our mortgage adviser Andrew was fantastic, supporting us throughout our mortgage application. He helped make sure that we got the right product and helped navigate the sometimes misleading lender fees. Everything was done quickly and easily, and communication was really easy via email. Andrew, Karen and the team made things really easy and we were always on hand to answer any questions. Andrew also referred us to Mark, who help support with insurance needs, which was really useful.
Really friendly service and everyone took their time to make sure we understood what was best for us.

Quick and professional.

Charley and Ellen were really helpful throughout our house buying process. This was our first house, and I'm self-employed, but they managed to find a great deal for us and even improved the offer when the interest rates fell slightly.

Excellent service! Martin recommended several buy to let re-mortgage options that suited my needs. He was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls and happy to answer any questions along the way.
Both Martin and Janice kept me updated throughout the process. We did have a small hiccup with the survey (through no fault of the broker), but everything was handled smoothly and we still managed to complete in less than two months.
Really pleased with how it all went and I’d definitely recommend them.

I was after a remortgage (£80k) for a buy to let property through a limited company.
They took details and advised they would get back to me. Had me waiting for over a week and then when I got back in touch with them, I was advised that they couldn’t get a mortgage for me.
Either they are not a very good “specialist mortgage broker” that can’t even find a single mortgage offer or, even worse, they couldn’t be bothered so they just lied to me. If they couldn’t be bothered and it just wasn’t worth their time, the truth would have been better instead of making me think it was not possible. Luckily I spoke to an actual specialist mortgage broker and they are sorting it out with no issues.

Whichever way it was, for being useless or for lies, Vincent Birch deserve 1 star.
