Terrific service, despite awkward contractor income streams
Can't recommend Christie and Niamh highly enough. I came to Cleerly after receiving a declined mortgage offer elsewhere. This was mainly due to a limited understanding of contractor work and how contractors are paid, which meant I was offered far less than I knew I could afford. I felt stuck and unsure about my next steps.

Cleerly - highly recommended for contractors
I chose Cleerly because they specialise in, and have a lot of experience with, contractor incomes, which was important for my situation.
Christie was my mortgage broker and from the outset he was very helpful, taking the time to clearly explain each stage of the process. He was always responsive when I had questions, which made the whole experience much less stressful.
