Outstanding service they go above and beyond when it matters most. I cannot recommend Vincent. Burch mortgage brokers Enough. Start to finish. The entire team. Provided a level. Of service. That was nothing short. Of exceptional. Securing a bridging loan can be an incredibly stressful process but they navigated it with absolute professionalism speed and genuine care. My initial contact was with James Shepherdson who set the standard right from the beginning making me feel confident and well looked after. From their shere hard work and dedication of Jody Sanderson and Liam Tomblin was incredible. They did a monumental amount of running around behind the scenes to get this loan offer over the line. What truly sets this business apart however is the communication and unmatched patience I know I wasn’t the easiest client. I was frantically calling them day in and day out and flooding there in boxes with emails even though they had plenty of other clients to manage they never made me feel like I was a burden they were in constant contact with me every single time they replied or answered the phone. Excellent Service
I had the pleasure dealing with Leroy and Janice, and the overall experience was excellent. Communication was consistent throughout the process, with regular updates provided at every stage. Whenever I reached out, they responded promptly with clear and helpful information, which made the entire experience smooth and reassuring.
They met my expectations in terms of service and were able to secure a very good deal with minimal hassle. Although there were some delays during the process, these were related to the lender and not within their control. Despite this, Leroy and Janice handled everything professionally and kept me well-informed.
I particularly appreciated their transparency, friendliness, and willingness to help at all times. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend them to others.
