Lost and Broken Wine. No response
Edit: Zero response from customer service in over a week. My wine eventually turned significantly late and bottles broken. They were just chucked in a cardboard box. No protection. No communication. Order from this place at your own risk, I can't understand the good reviews unless they are fake or bought.

Broken Bottle
One of the bottles arrived cracked and the wine was spoiled. I have tried to contact the company twice to get a replacement and my messages ignored.
Update: refund offered and accepted. Generally happy and will use Vinatis again.

Great depth of French styles
When I first ordered from this company they were one or two picking and distribution problems but more recently it has all been smooth sailing and I like them because I can explore French regional wines that are not readily available in UK.

Very good service will use again
The wine arrived very well packaged and very promptly within the time windows given by the delivery company.
This was one of the few vendors I could find supplying demi bottles of champagne in several varieties.
I had been concerned about the delivery at one point but the customer service answered me very quickly and kept me informed of the delivery status

Avoid at all costs
I ordered a bottle of champagne for a friend's birthday. As the website was .co.uk and the charges were in £'s I had no idea that the wine would be shipped from France. The wine was stuck at customs and so it missed my friend' birthday. They could give me no indication of when it would arrive so I cancelled the order and used a UK based supplier but the refund from Vinatis was not processed. It was a full time job trying to sort it out with their customer services. They finally delivered the wine late and refused to refund anything even the delivery charge despite rubbish service. I would never use them again and have advised many people to avoid them at all costs.
