Similar to another recent review the issue is with DPD's delivery service. Despite me being in and expecting the delivery DPD claim they were "unable to deliver" the parcel. No doorbell or knock at the door. There's even a photo of the front of our house. My DPD account clearly states that they should deliver to the rear porch if we're not in. No attempt was made to do that and we were in anyway. I now have to be in again tomorrow. Who knows if DPD will actually deliver it this time. Suggest Vinatis look at another carrier. It's the first time I've tried them and so far it's been a poor experience.

Vinatis is a great company to do business with. Good products and good service for the parts it controls. Unfortunately it uses DPD for deliveries and I have only had poor experiences with this carrier - delivery instructions ignored, parcels left exposed to the weather and to any passer-by who takes a fancy to them. I have complained - so far to fresh air. I will try Vinatis again, but if the same thing happens no more. A pity that such a good company should lose custom for this reason.

Vinatis offers good. value, an excellent range esppecially in French wine which is our favourite and good value. The delivery even coming from France is excellent ; you just have to wait for the case to clear customs so 5-6 days only, which is fine by me.

I ordered two different New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs, but the person I sent them to received one New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and a rose wine which we had not ordered. I was not asked if this would be acceptable. This was a present for which I ordered specifically what I knew the receiver would like, and would have expected to be asked if a substitute was acceptable. Disappointed.

I am a regular user of Vinatis, and use it for particular wines from Bordeaux, Rhône, and Gascogne which are unavailable in the UK. Delivery has always been quick and efficient. As importing wines from France is now more bureaucratic, the service is good and I value it. Sales can be good value.

I ordered my wines (at a very good price) and was kept fully informed throughout the process when the delivery would take place. It was spot on, and the wines arrived in extremely well protected boxes with no possibility of getting damaged.

Great selection of wines. They are a bit challenged in delivering to the UK. The promised 4-5 business days on their website is rather 8-10 business days. So if you are looking for fast delivery, this is not the company for you. If you are prepared to wait you will get good wines. They blame customs for the long delivery, but many other EU companies deliver more promptly to the UK, so it cannot just be customs.

Placed an order on 25 January. Was notified on 27 January that it had been shipped.
Since then the tracking info states "2026-01-28 - 09:00
CHRONOPOST NETWORKS 00000 Parcel missed connection"
Contact Vinatis to find out what this means on 1 February. They te; me that "The carrier is currently investigating the “missed connection” issue affecting your shipment, which is part of a larger group of orders to Great Britain experiencing the same situation.
We expect to receive feedback from the carrier on February 6th regarding the status of your parcel and will keep you informed as soon as we have an update."
I really do not ubderstand why the carrier needs 4 days to tell them just where these parcels are.
I asked for a replacement or refund but they have refused both, telling me that they cannot issue as refund unless I return the goods!!!! Are they having a joke?
Also claim that Brexit regulations will not allow them to send a replacement.
Will not be using this supplier again

The company may be all that the rave reviews say. But I find it quite impossible to get beyond checkout as they ask for your date of birth, and the only way is laboriously to scroll back from today's date. As I was born in 1944, I didn't bother, and shan't again. Also there's no phone number or email address given. Huh.

Have been ordering from Vinatis for years, midrange and high end wine. My experience up until now with this vendor has been 5 stars, but my most recent experience - Order 3655693 - can only be described as ZERO STAR:
1. Ordered 3 bottles of 2015 Grand Cru wine, which was on sale at £79.25 per bottle on 16 Jan 25.
2. Instead was delivered 3 bottles of 2018 Cru Bourgeois: different sub-region, different classification, different price point (ca 1/3 of value), different year.
Wrote to Vinatis that I want them to rectify the error. Got a response of "we are sorry, here is credit of £237.75 good for 12 months, keep the other wine". Looked on the website, the price of the wine is now £98.03, i.e. a total difference to me of £56.34 PLUS for a new shipment there would be a £9 fee.
Asked Vinatis to deliver the wine I ordered at the price I paid. Their response: "1. prices change, 2. the mistake is yours, you should have checked the box when the wine arrived, 3. we offered you the 3 bottles of lower quality wine for free, what else do you want?"
Now asking them (1) to refund £237.75 (2) remove the 3 bottles they send in error at their expense. I am not in the business of storing their cheap(er) wine.
Very disappointed.

Used these guys a few times now they generally have one of the biggest stocks of French wines and delivery to UK ! Usually one week later after dispatch my order arrives in a very well packaged box. Yerr all ok . Plus delivery charge is cheaper than most UK stockists .Keep it up Vinatis . I'll keep using you! Probably what people want hear.
