I cannot fault this company. The wine that I ordered was excellent and I believe good value. I had no issues with DPD, who were the couriers. The wine was well packaged. Will be using this company again in the very near future.

I received half my order and I have…
I received half my order and I have contacted them three times now, I have not received a contract within 24 hours of each try, tried again for a third time and I am not holding my breath.
If no contact this time I will contact my credit card as vinatis are in breach of contract. The lack of contact is troubling á you spend hundreds of pounds and get no customer service. Perhaps time to look elsewhere
Update: After posting this review I received an update telling me they will not have any further information until the end of the month as that's when the courier will reply. Also if I don't send the company my details so they can tie my review to my account my review will be taken down. Is that usual?
As this drags out the more determined I am to find another supplier.

As previously explained, an investigation has been opened with our carrier regarding the missing parcel. As this is still ongoing and in order not to keep you waiting any longer, we asked for your preferred compensation method and invite you to confirm it in reply to our email.
Regarding the request for information via private message on Trustpilot, this is solely intended to locate your file and handle the issue; we are in no way able to delete a customer review. In the absence of sufficient information, we simply ask the customer, in response to their review, to provide their order number or the email address associated with their Vinatis account.

Unusual champagne offerings
Hadn’t realised this was a French company so you need to factor in that for delivery time. However, good selection of champagnes and other wines at competitive prices that you can’t get in the UK, which easily sets them apart. Just wish the delivery could be improved
The wine is great and the communication is excellent but I WISH I could get the delivery comoany to deliver to my actualy flat on the 4th floor. The boxes are very heavy and I am 74.

Another successful purchase
Having used the company before and was not disappointed so I confidently returned. They had what I wanted at a good price. It was delivered securely and protected by excellent packaging. Speedy delivery as a standard
A wine expert drew my attention to the website where I can order from a wide selection, including special wines. I decided to give it a try. On February 28, I ordered 30 bottles of wine with standard shipping to Hungary. All bottles arrived intact on March 7, meaning it took 7 days from order to delivery. They kept me continuously informed about the shipping status, and I was quite surprised to receive the order on a Saturday. I will order again; it’s very convenient to shop this way from a reliable partner.
