Great price and excellent service
I found a wine I had previously tried in a hotel on Vinatis. I had to check a few times as the price was about £10 per bottle cheaper than other sellers
I added the bottles to my basket expecting to see a huge increase in price due to vat and taxes but the price quoted was the basket price.
On placing order received email confirmation of order and regular updates up to point of shipping. On delivery day I was out but is was delivered to my DPD collection point.
Overall experience was extremely good and could not fault any part of the process.
From my perspective they were very good and I will be ordering again

Arrived on time and in nice presentation box.
Bought vintage cognac as a present so not tasted it, but impressed by the service. Bottle received well packaged and in good time. It's in a nice wooden presentation box and was well protected for transit. So far so good! Hope it tastes as good as described. :-)

I was missing a sizable part of my order. I had no communication as to why this had happened. I had to contact Vinatis a number of times and had to threaten to contact my credit company for a charge back. I am still waiting on a part refund.

Item was too late to be given to recipient for intended purpose, Vinatis then agreed to cancel delivery, however, they even failed to do this effectively and I received a notification that the item may need to be refused by recipient to stop delivery.

Our customer service responded to each of your requests: regarding the location of your parcel, we informed you that we would contact the carrier to avoid leaving your email unanswered. Following your cancellation request, we initiated the return procedure and requested a full refund, which will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
The return request was forwarded to the carrier, and we advised that the recipient should refuse the parcel if it were nevertheless delivered. You also confirmed that, in such a case, the parcel could be accepted and the refund canceled.

Found at last.
After searching the internet I found the Italian wine I was looking for on the Vinatis website. The cost was competitive and most significantly the wine was in stock.
The purchase, tracking and delivery all went as expected which impressed me considering the wine was shipped from France (I think) and was delivered over the Easter period.
