Viking Garden Buildings Anmeldelser

i have used Viking garden buildings three times now and have always been amazed at the quality of the product and the skill of the installers, very professional from order to delivery and installation.

Service was appalling. Despite declaring that there would be no comeback or repercussions on our part, the stroppy young delivery man refused to erect the shed as, in his opinion, the base was inadequate. This was the same base that had supported a Viking shed for 21 years. Pointless appealing to the lady in the office as she had no intention of listening. Got the shed up with help from a couple of friends and it will sit there for many years. My advice is don’t deal with this company.

Great service and good quality products

The sales lady was very helpful in assisting me to make my final purchase decision. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The delivery men/fitters were equally pleasant and answered all my queries honestly. A first class service all round!

From choosing the summerhouse through to installation.

The Summer house is wonderful quality. Erected very quickly and expertly.

Excellent sales people and delivery on time with a telephone call reminder before delivery

From taking to order, communicating install date to the job completion, the team at Viking were amazing. High quality service.

Very helpful and friendly reception staff.
The company gave good notice of delivery and kept to schedule.Even though the wrong roofing was put on as soon as the mistake was noted the job was done correctly the following day and apologies made for the error. Good service and very pleased with the quality of the shed.

On time and erected ok. Tidy workers.
Looks good but time will tell.
Minor issues:
Side window will not open much now guttering fitted. Should have been fitted 50mm lower.
Door latch needed fiddling, window stay same.

Great customer service from Emily. James and Dave built the shed in no time. Shed looks fab and we are very pleased with it.

Highly recommended. Good quality, well built potting shed with storage and a canopy. Great service through options, ordering and installation.

From the start thru to completion, dealing with Viking sheds was a great , professional, friendly experience. Sales were very empathetic to our requirements, steering us in the right direction ensuring everything was in place for the fitting. The quality of the shed purchased is great, the build was professional, with both gents involved having good knowledge and skill set. Price I would say was in the correct range, We can without a doubt recommend Viking to anybody considering a outdoor building.

The team where on time and did a great job. Great standard of product

Amazing customer service. Delivered on time, put my shed up and tidied up. Excellent, would highly recommend.

Spot on . No messing .

Efficient and effective service carried out professionally.

They were very helpful from start to finish and we are very happy with the shed, and would definitely recommend this company

Very efficient, friendly service. Delivery and erection exactly as stated. Delighted with the overall quality and look - chose green tanalisation, it’s more subtle than image suggests.
