Brilliant from when dave & mark got there to when the shed got finished .Recomend viking sheds to anyone who wants a shed.

The 2 men who came to put the shed up were very courteous and quick

Turned up on time there was a piece damaged so couldn't finish fitting they came back later on to finish off great quality product thankyou

Just had my 2nd 20x10ft shed, delivered and fitted by Viking.
And, as the first one, can't recommend Viking enough. From start to finish, the experience was faultless.
Don't buy from anywhere else.

From meeting Emily at their office the selection of the shed, size, plus type of roof, lock and insulation I can say that Viking are very professional. Wait time was agreed as was the removal of existing shed. It is very well made and I have no hesitation in recommending Viking to others.

Service and build quality is excellent, I can’t recommend Viking enough.
Installation only took about an hour.

Previous knowledge of this type of product from Viking Garden Buildings was primarily derived from the quality and customer service we received at that time. Pleased to say that it has not changed (neither the previous product)telephone conversations have been very helpful, and certainly the guys who delivered and erected the product on a very grim day weather wise , were too ! Polite and courteous throughout the whole morning. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Ongoing issues with doors to summerhouse 20mm gap between doors which now do not lock properly. Doors do not align with each other offset hinges which were re aligned holes left in frame from original location. Planed the bottom of 1 door which now has a curve on it. They have been out once tried to give excuses of wood shrinking but not to 20mm. Had to ring again over 5 weeks ago said they were looking at a new lock system rang again last week promised to look at the issue yesterday 25 th July 2026 no show. Having to take this up with trading standards now.

I did not request any plaining of doors you did this off your own accord why would i request this when there was already a 10mm gap between both doors on installation ???. I have called your company several times with promise of investigating different locks 7 weeks later still not fixed after several calls. The person who took my call was not interested just telling me someone would come out to sort which they didnt on the day promised they did not care bad attitude. You use excuses dont care about post customer service just take payment of 5k and fob people off. Do you buy this product in as i am wondering if you are qualified joiners?. You try to justify your poor installatiom by blaming the client bad customer service then offer t hinges that would look silly on double doors that are normally used for sheds and gates with no windows. You must realise your locks are not sufficient for this kind of door when taking into consideration movement of timber yet you still supply and fit them. I wad informed thst someone would call on 25th July 2026 to look at the issue no show no call to say why disgusting hence I had someone here on tuesday all day to let you in. Your summerhouses are not fit for purpose. Steer clear of this company they are happy to take your payment then do not provide any reasonable solution to rectify any issues use cheap butterfly hinges on doors can not align hinges correctly and then blame you for any issues you may report to them. Hinges sit on top of the frame and keep poorly fitted. Excuses of heat dry summer so security pointless during summer months if warm. Cant fit hinges so they are inline with the other door came back once made a hash if trying to fix this issue left holes in the frame and doors dont sit level and 1 door is binding ahainst the frame. Botton right of 1 door plained by them not asked by myself to do left it with a curve not level Cowboys. I will be taking this further. I would of left no stars if possible. Regardless of what i said to you on installation i upgraded the doors and paid more when chosing installation upgrade products on your website when building the virtual summerhouse yes I am looking at some point to change to upvc however that doesnt take away the fact your doors do not work as they should and should not have to acceot and these are your words in your reply THE CHEAPER OPTION so you admit your products are poor quality then. What I expect is a good quality product that functions as it should regardless if its a shed summerhouse or garden room. Just to add you are using cabinet hinges to hang the doors with and margin between doors should be 5 or 6mm not 10 to 12mm do you really know what you are doing???

Efficient staff , the shed builders were on time tidy polite and very professional.

They were most helpful, and pleasant, helping us to choose which was most suitable for us. When the shed was delivered, it was on time, again very pleasant,polite, very efficient. An excellent experience all round.

Quality, on time

Reception staff listened and understood requirements- no crazy upselling- clear and honest re timescale- delivered and erected as agreed- I think this my 3rd shed from this company- they have pride in what they do and I would happily order a 4th one from them if circumstances dictated.

Very helpful advice with several options to consider. Resulting shed was exactly as hoped for, delivery and installation faultless.

Early notification of arrival. Quickly and efficiently erected the shed and the two people who erected it were very polite and made sure I checked it's position and it was as I had asked. Overall ,quality service.

Slight error with the door that was delivered for our new shed, but was remedied without any discussion and sorted within a few days

Really pleased with our new shed which actually replaced a Viking shed which was purchased 30 years ago!
