Hi there! Still waiting for my refund of the boots I paid post for and posted on 14/01/2026.

I have been looking to replace my old walking boots for some time, and wanted vegan . I took a chance with these as buying shoes on line isn't always a great idea.
they look lovely and not bulky like some do, and I tried them on today and walked from Brixton to Chelsea and a bit further abut 7 miles . So for a new boot that was pretty good, they started to pinch a little at the small toes after 6 miles, so maybe will need bit more breaking in.

PS: I love that the soles have good grip!

Bought some mule type shoes from them in September, when they arrived they were too small, sent back using the enclosed returns label via Royal Mail tracked delivery, V.GAN are saying they never received them and Royal Mail are saying they delivered them. Neither will take responsibility or give me my money back so I am down £50 plus the cost of the tracked return! I have to say I'm not impressed and won't be buying from them again

Received my shoes today and they look great, seem comfortable (but haven't really worn them yet) and they were packaged beautifully.

Great style, they look terrific in every detail including the beautiful lining. Solid design with practical soles for walking and gripping.

Shoes are beautiful and very comfy.

I would have appreciated a notice during checkout that I would have to pay import taxes (they were quite high). But not a big deal

Good quality, lets see how long they last. The previous pair was flimsy, soles broke within a few months of use. I returned them and received a refund, which I feel was fair.

The order arrived very quickly but the shoes are not comfortable and rub against my ankles causing soreness and injury.
