But getting passed that, it was all good, spoke with Zac on the phone who could not have been more pleasant and helpful, i had received an email saying that the ABN was not matching my company details, that number was never ever mine, and confirmed by my company accountants, correct ABN now been lodged, and online access now set up, all good.

Both James and Amy were patient, polite and professional. They listened to my problem, verified my authenticity and solved it. Amy even extended a courtesy while our payment flows through the system.
