Amy was super helpful and patient, given that I am a luddite with all of this. As are all the people, Zac the other day, I have called for help. I really appreciate that I can call and not have to figure it online.

The team are friendly and work hard to ensure you have the best experience - for which I am very grateful.

One of the things I value most is that their help desk is based in Australia, not outsourced overseas. While I have nothing against international call centres, it’s refreshing and encouraging to see an Australian company supporting local talent and providing consistently excellent service.
