I ordered April 3rd and got a confirmation email with tracking but when I click on the tracking it says it's been picked up by their shipping partners over a month ago. Phone is disabled and all I get when emailing infovanityplaney all I get is a generic email. I've ordered several items from different places and I understand with this pandemic it would take alittle longer but over a month with no way to contact anyone is INSANE

I wish I had seen all these reviews before I placed an order. I have heard many youtubers rave about vanity planet so never in million years did I think they would scam me, but here we are. Judging off of the other reviews I probably will never get my order. I have tried DMS, emails, and calling but nothing has worked. They keep sending promotional emails but no order status or shipping confirmation. I'll never purchase anything from this company ever again. This has been the worst customer service I have experienced and I know it has nothing to do with the shipping company and everything to do with them promoting items that are obviously not in stock.
Horrible (or lack of) customer service
Horrible customer service. Been waiting for my items for a month. I’ve been a happy customer for a long time... but you’ve just lost me and countless others. I understand delays due to the pandemic, but getting rid of phone support, not responding to emails and turning off comments via social media is completely unprofessional. I would rather a live person keep me informed about my package. The way this company is going about this is horrendous. I’ve had to report fraud on my card to get my money back. Please do better. Ignoring your customers, sending meaningless discount codes and automated responses is not it.
Very disappointed with my experience
Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered 2 facial steamers 2 weeks ago and was charged 2 weeks ago. I have not received any follow up on my order besides a confirmation email. I’ve tried calling but the contact number is disabled. The email responses are generic. This is horrible customer service. Buyer beware.
A Company Of Lies!
I pre-ordered the Aira I Iconic Facial Steamer because I had seen on YouTube great reviews on this steamer. I ordered it April 15th and when I pre-ordered it the website said it would be shipped out “LATE APRIL” even though I received a “shipped out” email the same day. Well it’s a month later I still haven’t received my item. I emailed customer service since they have deactivated the customer service phone line and they have all comments blocked on Instagram. They replied back to me saying that the order is “On The Way” but every time I check tracking it’s still in CA! I expressed that in my email and that I want a refund. Their response is that they can’t refund me because the item has shipped when in fact it HAS NOT SHIPPED!! They said the only way I can be refunded is if I reject the package when it gets here. As a first time costumer I am very disappointed and displeased with this company’s customer service and lies! This is not ok... I will be looking into getting my money back.
THE WORST
THE WORST. I have ordered from this company in the past and got my order in great time! I decided to order two more products from them. One I waited a month for it to ship and when I finally got ahold of a representative they told me they were sold out. The website still does not advertise that it is sold out and it has now been two months and I have heard nothing. The other item SHIPPED over a month ago and I still have no received it. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never use this company again.

My boyfriend ordered from this company a few weeks ago & I have heard NOTHING. I received a tracking number, but that’s it. I have tried MULTIPLE times to get ahold of the company & nothing. I tried all social media platforms, email, even calling. No response. This is serious crap because I see multiple customers are being ignored AND they have disabled all comments on Instagram. They know they’re scamming people & continue to sell product. I will be taking this to the BBB next.

DO NOT ORDER!! I placed my order for my facial steamer on April 11th 2020, the same day it said it was shipped with a tracking number. It is now 4 weeks later and there has been no movement. I’ve contacted them MULTIPLE times and got no response besides an automated “Get excited!!! Your order shipped on April 11th”. One person finally got back to me 3 weeks later and sent me the same tracking number as if he did some miracle on my order, and said you’ll see movement in shipping within a few days. It’s now been over a week since he’s said that. I cant believe so many Instagram influencers and YouTuber’s promote their company. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I would love to give them 0 stars.

I never leave reviews but this experience is AWFUL. I ordered a product on April 24th and got an email same day saying it shipped. It hasn't made any movement on the tracking and I have sent at least 5 emails to support and have heard nothing.
I will NEVER purchase from here again.

They send countless discounts for new purchases, but never respond in regards to my delivery date, or an apology for the delay of both products. Total scam, and so are the thirsty women who post YouTube videos promoting this company. Buyer Beware - don’t fall for these good reviews on YOUTUBE. THE THIRST IS REAL!!!!
Terrible establishment
Terrible establishment. After three times of contacting, they still have yet to send my product. My first email was answered stating that the item was shipped on april 10th, however I emailed them on april 30th. My second email they were nonresponsive. I have asked three times for a refund. Still no redund and no product. Do NOT order from this felonious company.

I ordered 2 items on April 23, 2020, it is now May 6, 2020 and I still have not received my items. As soon as the order was placed, I noticed that we did not apply a 30% off promotion so I wanted to contact them to see if they can honor the promotion. Mind you, I spent $200 on 2 items. This is where I started noticing some red flags. I did some research to contact them, and tried to call them, their number was disabled. Then I decided to try instagram, and noticed that their comments were also disabled (major red flag). I then sent an email. A few days passed, and I did not hear anything back, and so I decided to tweet them. FINALY a response. They did honor the promotion but were not able to offer me my tracking number although I had already received notification that my package was shipped. I asked them to please update me with a tracking number. I had also paid a few extra dollars for Fedex Ground Shipping which states will take 2-5 business days.
The response that I got from their customer service was disappointing, to say the least. They said that they are working with another warehouse at the moment that is not in the United States (red flag). They "Assured" me that my item was shipped, but that they do not have a tracking number since it is not in the united states yet (this is a lie, they have to have a tracking number if it was in fact shipped.) As soon as it arrives in the United States, the tracking will be updated. They said that it can take UP TO 15 business days once it arrives in the united states...what???? How is that even possible! I believe they are lying on their website. I believe they are selling items that are not in stock, they are taking your money and lying to consumers. It is a complete and total scam and I regret ever buying anything from them! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They are a scam!!! I ordered items from Vanity Plant because of Adrienne YouTube channel! I usually order from Sephora but I thought that this would be more affordable. I made 2 purchases one I received and one that I that I received bad tracking information for.

I don’t typically take the time to write reviews but I felt the need for this one. I bought this product after seeing an Instagram blogger use it and rave about it. I bought the product early April and still have not received it. I’ve sent countless emails getting the same auto response with a tracking number that hasn’t been updated since the date of purchase. I have not been able to get in contact with someone so I am out almost $100. 10/10 do not recommend.

I’ve had an item waiting to be shipped for a month now(April 6th-May 5th). It hasn’t shipped and I can’t find any tracking info online- fedex says the tracking number they gave me doesn’t exist. Ive emailed twice and they haven’t responded to any of them or acknowledged that I have not received my package.

Do not order from this company!!! I placed an order in early April and on April 13th it said it was picked up by a shipping partner. The site said there were delays but it was 7-12 days, which is to be expected from everything that is happening with Covid. I let almost month go by and reached out and all the company did was provide me the same tracking number in an automated message. No one responded on why my order no longer shows valid in their system or why the tracking is not updating. I started looking into other reviews and what people were saying and saw that almost everyone who has ordered in March, April, May has experienced the same thing. I believe this company is a scam and just taking money from people and not fulfilling orders or responding to customers. I am trying to dispute right now through PayPal but we will see if anything comes from it. Very, very, disappointed.
