Card Charged, but No Product!
I placed an order on May 14, 2020, and my credit card was charged on that day. The website says to allow for 14 -20 days for delivery, and you can track the shipment. I have been trying to track the shipment, and the only tracking information has been that "the item was picked up by their partner on 05/21/20, but it doesn't mean the USPS has picked it up". I have ordered items from other sites since this purchase, and have received those items through the USPS! Which means, it's not the USPS that is the problem, but the Vanity Planet! If I don't receive my product by the 20 day mark, I will be disputing the charge with my Credit Card Company.
And like the other reviewer said, you can not get in contact with this company. I have left a message and my email address, and haven't heard back from the company yet!

Scamming Company
placed two different orders back in April. have not received the orders. There is no number to speak to someone from the company about my order. The emails they send about my order is no help. One orders tracking number says its been in CA since 4/25 waiting for pick up. Today is 5/28. I too feel this company is a scam and will not buy from them again. And well personally tell everyone I know not to as well. I can't believe this company can stay in business.

I placed an order of April 15th, today is May 26th and my item still has not shipped. I've made several attempts to contact customer service to request for a refund since my item has not shipped. I always receive a generic response which states that my item has shipped and I can simply refuse it upon delivery. The issue is my item HAS NOT SHIPPED, almost two months after placing my order. The shipping status on the USPS website shows that a label was simply created but a package was never delivered to a USPS facility. I am very frustrated and simply want a refund at this point. I am no longer interested in this fraudulent companies item. They need to stop sending daily promotion and marketing emails and most of all accepting orders, if they are unable to fulfil orders.

I am so disappointed with this company! I placed an order on April 16th and other one on April 19h, I still have yet to receive anything. I have sent several messages inquiring about my orders and I keep getting an automated generic response. At this point I just want my money back. This was my first and last time ordering from Vanity Planet, never again.

Like everyone else said below, haven't gotten any updates on the status of my order. STILL says shipped when it never came. I ordered over 2 months ago. I really was looking forward to the item I ordered.. may I please have my money back!
Never got my order but was refunded
I live in Europe and I ordered an item for scalp massage from US website. Waited a month and the shipping status didn't update.The item never arrived but thankfully I got a refund so at least there's that.
Ps. Ordered back in December so before all the pandemic stuff.

They are absolutely horrible. Take your money for 2 months and dont send you anything. I want my money back asap! They also dont respond to emails or answer the phones. Im out 150$ from this BS company. Look on Amazon.

I loved the microdermabrasion wand
I loved the microdermabrasion wand, but I’ve had it about a month and it won’t charge! I’m so disappointed.
One and a half months later it’s here but the worst customer service out there.
I honestly didn’t think it would arrive after all the reviews but a month and a half later it’s here the product is the radiant spin facial brush it’s amazing but the reason this is getting 1 star for customer service. 5 emails were made and all were responded with an auto-mated response and the tracking number was also not working. I mean I understand these are tough times but that’s not acceptable for this brush on the app SHEIN the exact same thing my mom has and it just as good and is only £5 so I would get that in the future.

Should be no stars. Same as all the reviews below me. Ordered product 4/11/20, still haven’t received. Three emails to customer service returned with automated generic response. Do Not Buy from Vanity Planet!!! I also recommend everyone launch a complaint with the Attorney General and BBB.
Horrible Service
I was giving companies some extra time
during this pandemic to send out there packages but this company is the worst. Don’t ever use this company. I placed my order on April 24th, I received an email stating my product has been picked up by their shipping partner and that the Post Office is just waiting to receive my package to ship to me. It is almost a month later and no movement on my package. My item still has not been delivered to the Post Office, I have reached out to them with no word back. Let’s be honest some of their products are not cheap and for them to take my money and I still not received my items is ridiculous. This company is nothing but scammers.

You do not deserve one star, but the site forces me to select one. My son ordered me a gift card, well to this day we have not received it nor have you responded to our emails. He has be trying to get a refund and no luck with that. STOP TAKING ORDERS AND BLAMING COVID-19!!!! If you can not fulfill your orders, then stop. I am reporting you all to the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered a month ago and same as everyone else. This is likely a SCAM and don't order from this company. Get no response - a Chinese company that is trying to SCAM US customers. I too wish I had seen these results before now.

The only reason why they get one star is because it would not let me post a comment with out clicking one of the stars. This company never returns your emails,they do respond to direct messages and will not give a refund. It's been almost a month and I still have not received my product. I have been requesting a refund and have not received that either

Disappointed
I pre ordered a steamer back on April 15th and haven’t received anything but an email with a tracking number stating it has been picked up by the shipping partner. I can see based off other reviews that I’m not the only one which is honestly ridiculous! I understand that there’s an entire pandemic going on, but communication would have been great to let customers know that they simply just don’t have the product in stock or that there’s going to be delays rather than not saying anything. What makes it even more frustrating is when I contact them, it’s always an automated message being sent back saying my order has shipped. When I was finally able to get in contact with someone, they stated the steamer would be shipped within a week or two. It’s been three almost four weeks now and still haven’t seen any movement Via the tracking number. I’ve been more than patient knowing that there’s things going on but at this point , I just want a refund.
