My soap was exactly the same as I told you guys about the first time no scent super waxy and felt like putting silicone on my body. Soap quality has unfourtnatly deffinetly gone down vs how it used to be.

Again the product I ordered came wrong
Again the product I ordered came wrong, as well it was deodorant, took the top off and about 6 cm of product ripped out of it. Their web site terrible , extremely slow, hard to look up past shipments and what you exactly bought

I've always loved the Dr. Squatch soap products. They smell amazing, and is even more amazing for your skin. I think the company is doing a great job on the product, and how many different soap flavors since I had first started to buy them 4yrs ago.

I truly love Dr Squatch
I truly love Dr Squatch. Every experience with the exception of one issue they have been amazing. I love the soaps the deodorants. I went from having dry ashy skin to having great skin. I love it.

Great customer service
Great customer service if problems with shipping, great response time to emails and follow through quickly. Products have always been good. I had issues with my previous order that occurred during shipping but they resolved the problem with no hesitation. Shawn and Addy were a great help with that issue.
