I ordered two different products I had been considering, thinking no biggie, i'll just cancel one and keep the other. Unfortunately they haven't responded to any of my emails from any email addresses they have for contact, they've disabled their Instagram comments and marked their Facebook page as closed (I don't know if that's indefinite) and that's when I came across all the reviews of how Vanity Planet is scamming people. I received an email today saying one order shipped but the tracking number is from a Chinese tracking company ? but the company should be in California.
I only placed my orders a few days ago and I asked my bank to cancel them if possible because I definitely don't expect to receive my item after these reviews and the lack of a response from the company. I'd wait the 15 days but I'm nauseous thinking about trusting them for any longer and hope I can get my money back for at least one product if not both

I placed an order in April. The beginning of April it says that it was delivered but I only got the brush heads and never the actual facial brush I ordered and I also never got the steamer I ordered. I can't get ahold of anyone and it doesn't look like I will be able to get my money back. Or the product I ordered. So disappointed!

Ordered a product on April 12th (today is May 4th) and I have not received it or received any updates. I understand Covid delays but I dont understand how three emails have gone unanswered. I would like to know that I didn't waste $89 on a product I'll never get. I will not be purchasing any more products from Vanity Planet.

Placed an order last week. They sent me a tracking number which is invalid when I try to look it up. I sent an email and got an automated response back with the same tracking number, which doesn’t work. I tried calling and their phones are disabled. This was supposed to be a gift to my mother for Mother’s Day and now she clearly won’t get it and I can’t seem to get my $140 back. Do not order from this company. No respectful company disables their phones and avoids customers.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN ANY BUSINESS. I WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR 0 STARS. I STARTED AN ORDER ON APRIL 16th (I understand COVID but this is not okay! 0 communication whatsoever) AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER THIS IS NOT OKAY AND I HAVE REACHED OUT MULTIPLE TIMES ONLY TO GET THE SAME RESPONSE EVERY SINGLE TIME. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE AND I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER ORDER AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW OF THE HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered from them April 20th & I haven’t heard anything from them or I still haven’t received anything from my order . i emailed them once more & I still NEVER gotten a response from them at this point this is very unprofessional & this is my FIRST TIME ordering from them & will definitely be last time

I am so hurt that they would take my money after being so excited for it to come. I've sent countless emails about the status of my order and I keep getting an automated response. smh the crazy thing is, this was my second time ordering from them. but trust me, this WILL BE THE LAST TIME. never again, I use to hear great things about their products but now I just want the damn product I paid for! i already returned the order I order from amazon because I was looking forward to this one. I would suggest leaving a review on the product so they can be forced to see your complaint!!! maybe if we all do it, they will do something about it

If I could give their customer service 0 stars, I WOULD! Absolutely terrible. They’ve disabled online chat and their phone lines. I received only half of my package, I’m still waiting on my Exfora which I spent $109 dollars on, it’s been 13 days since it first “shipped” and I haven’t received any notifications or updates. Everytime I try to reach out via email, I receive an automatically generated response NOT answering any of my questions. This was my first time ordering from them and is definitely my LAST!!!!!

Order was delivered quickly.
After a month I had a small problem with the power button of the "Raedia Facial Cleansing Brush ". I sent them an email with my problem and they immediately responded and sended me a new device.
Very good and beautiful skincare devices!

I made a purchase with vanity planet, and I wanted to leave a review because I am very happy with the products and the great customer service. I ordered a skincare brush, an electric toothbrush, and a facial roller and I received my package within a few days of ordering it. I found some problems with the products because the skincare brush had not been shipped with the other two items and I was not able to use the electric toothbrush because of the voltage difference in Switzerland. So I contacted Vanity Planet about the problems and they got back to me and sorted them out within 24 hours. I am very happy with the customer service and the wonderful products.

This is the most horrible experience I have ever had ordering online. I placed an order for a Fria refrigerator on April 1st. Two weeks later, I had to email them for an update, to which I received a generic Covid-19 response. Which is understandable, but at least keep me updated. I emailed them a week later for an update, with no response. I emailed again a couple days later and left a negative review. The next day they emailed me advising the item was oversold and on backorder and would ship mid-june. Not what I was advised when this order was placed. They advised if I wanted to cancel, to respond to the email. Which I did, asking them to cancel and refund immediately. This was on Apri 24th, and I have still not received confirmation that this order has been canceled. I could have ordered a similar item from Sephora for cheaper and received weeks ago with my other order. I am more than frustrated and I will never use this company. Honesty and communication goes a long way. If Vanity planet would have advised of the delay in the beginning, I may have waited. If they would have stayed in communication with me, I may have kept my order processing, but to be treated as they do not appreciate my business, makes me certain that I will never order from this company. Phones disabled also. My next email will be to the Attorney General.

I am going to start by saying I am super disappointed in this company. This is my first time ordering from VANITY PLANET and their customer service is horrible. They don't respond to emails or DMs. They've disabled their phone so you can't even call them. I think they are scaming people because I am not the only one having this issue. I place my order April 10 ,2020 and today is April 27, 2020 and I have not received 2 out of 4 the items that I ordered and paid for because it never even shipped. Please be aware that if you place an order and do not receive it complete you will not get a response by customer service. I will never order from them again.!!!!

I ordered a steamer and brush from Vanity Planet.
I received an email three weeks later advising it was on back order and shipping would take 7-10 days. Well the 10 day mark has already passed. I have sent several emails no response back. This is my first and last time ever ordering from this UNPROFESSIONAL company. Please warn your family and friends.

I have been contacting vanity planet for almost two weeks now since I received my shipment (4/15). I ordered the fria fridge and raedia spin brush. I’m missing the spin brush. I don’t know what else to do as I feel as if I’ve been scammed for my money. No response. Sent them 6 emails and nothing. This makes me angry! Will never order from them Ever again!

I HAVE JUST READ ALL THE COMMENTS AND THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME I CANT BELIEVE IT. I ordered a ultimate face cleanser and a microdermabrasion wand from them and I only received one out of two products!!!!! The product I’m missing cost me about $180 I can’t believe it. I have tried to get into contact with them for days now and no one has responded. What do I do????????

Horrible joke of a company. Placed an order April 1st and received an email on the 4th saying it had shipped with a UPS tracking number that is invalid. UPS has never received my package from them. I sent four emails trying to get in touch with customer service and they are going unanswered and there is no phone number to reach them on. Horrible company and horrible customer service. This company is clearly a scam. Don’t waste your money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR PRODUCT. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMER SEVICE. ALL INFLUENCERS WILL STILL RECEIVE THEIR PRODUCT THO. I JUST COMPLAINED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ABOUT THEM. THIS IS A SCAM. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER.

Terrible experience. They DO NOT ship the items you buy. I ordered on the 1st April 2020 and I have not heard anything and my items have not been shipped. After 3 emails I am now wanting to cancel my order as I am moving house in a couple of weeks. I am so sad because I really wanted the scales but if I had of done my research and known it was a scam company I would have never bought from vanity planet. I was so excited to buy from them for the first time but my advice now is keep your money and your sanity and buy from somewhere else.
