J'essaie depuis des semaines de commander un produit en particulier sans succès. Il y a définitivement un enjeu avec le site, car tous les autres produits, il est possible de les commander. en écrivant a leur service a la clientèle, le délai de réponse est incroyablement long et lorsqu'ils finissent par répondre ils n'ont aucune solution a proposer que de continuer d'essayer. incroyablement décevant comme service a la clientèle.

TOTAL SCAM! Company confirmed my order, charged me in full and never shipped me my product. For months it has sent fake emails saying the product is on the way when it is not. April 29 the product was supposed to be on the way and its now June 9 and still has not shipped. They even disconnected their phone lines.

Im disappointed after waiting almost 2 months for this thing to come it broke after 2 uses. It won't turn on anymore. I'm honestly so annoyed with my self and won't be buying from Vanity Planet again. I should have learned my lesson the first time...
Don’t listen to the negative reviews!
My order came in about 2 weeks but with covid-19 this was expected! I got the microdermabrasion wand and it’s not as strong as my moms she got from amazon but it still works well and is probably safer for my skin.

I ordered a product which stopped working after a couple times! I contacted customer care( only available through email) no number to call , and got a response telling me they are shipping out brand new one! That was 2 months ago! Still waiting! I have contacted them again but this time I get just an automated response!! I wish I had read the reviews before buying!! Never again!Not sure if Instagram influences who collaborate with them are aware of this??

Ordered on the 12th of April, tried multiple times to contact them regarding my order, just to be told it had been shipped although it had NOT. Was contacted 1 month later on Instagram after requesting a refund. They clearly had no stock and took peoples money during the start of the pandemic. Just glad I’m getting my money back. I’ve ordered a spin brush from them 2 years ago and received great customer service... I don’t know what’s happening right now.

BUYER BEWARE - SCAM! Quick to take your money however, no product! As with many reviews, I placed an order in April and yet to receive my order. After numerous attempts to contact via the email function on their website, I have yet to receive a response (other than the auto-generated canned response).

I ordered my two products on April 21, 2020 & I just received my products on June 3, 2020. Fix your customer service!!! Don’t tell people they are going to receive their product within 5 to 7 days & then when weeks have passed you tell us 15 to 20 Business days & it arrives even later! You list two phone numbers that do not work!?!? These bad reviews could have been avoided!! Whoever is in charge needs to be fired!!!!
WHAT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT
This is honestly so disappointing to have to deal with all this. I purchased from Vanity Planet on 2 occasions. The first was an electric toothbrush in which I received in a timely fashion. Another order I placed on May 3rd, a quite sizable one I might add, and I am having the same issues as many others are. Automated email responses to my emails requesting a status. No telephone number to contact a live person. Unless this is resolved in a timely fashion, I'll be pursuing legal action as the amount of money this company took from me is a considerable sum.
Review Update
Review update: I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), PayPal and my bank due me not receiving my purchased package well over a month. I am happy to say that due to being proactive and persistent, these companies helped me get an immediate refund for not receiving my package from Vanity Planet. I hope this helps someone. I will not ever be purchasing from this company or recommending due to poor customer service and not receiving what I paid for.
Delayed shipment
I placed an order on April 14th. It’s June 1st and have not received the product! Expect delays and a generic e-mail explaining that their products are experiencing 15-20 day delays.

Well- April 29th to June 1... You can do the math. This company should be ashamed. I've ordered from many other retailers and not experienced this lack of communication (only auto-replies) or extreme order delay.
This company is a rip off
Company has not fulfilled my order and has not responded to my emails. The telephone number is disconnected. I ordered my package April 23rd and still no communication about delivery after several attempts to contact the company.

Placed order In April nothing has arrived I’ve had to email company 15x basically and get generated responses almost every time and you can’t comment to them on Instagram. I asked for money back since it’s been 2 months since purchase almost and they said they wouldn’t refund me since it “shipped” 40 days ago. Please be careful using!!! I used it for one month, and now I have broken capillaries on my nostrils. This product caused them. Emailed them going on one month ago, and got a generated email saying they would get back to me. They never did. Disabled phone number. I read the damage is permanent. Looks like they are still taking people's money. Totally unethical company!

Same thing...I placed my order in April and haven’t received anything yet (it’s been almost 2 months) on their website they said that the sipping takes 7-10 days . After a month I sent them an email, asking about my order since they did not inform me that the delivery will take more then 10 days. They informed me in the email that the product was out of sock which they did not indicate when I ordered! I asked the refund and canceled my order since I got upset with them!

I was so skeptical because of reviews under me saying they hadn't received their parcel yet. But, I can honestly say it took a few days for the parcel to arrive. The communication between the sellers and myself has been great, they've updated me along the way. I bought a cleansing brush and for anyone wanting to buy from this company don't worry about it, your order will come.
2 months, order still hasn’t shipped
Pretty much like everyone said, placed an order at the beginning of April and package has still not shipped even though I’ve gotten 3-4 emails saying that my package was on the way. When I try and track, it says that it’s been picked up by shipping partner and awaiting shipment. I’m totally down with shipping delays given the circumstances but that was well over 2 months ago now, and I can’t seem to get in touch with the company.
Vanity Planet is a scam, do not order from them
I placed an order 4/19/2020 and my credit card was charged the following day. It has now been six weeks since the order. I contacted the company through email over a week ago and received a canned response. This company seems to be a scam. Do not order from them!
