The shipment was very fast, however I’m disappointed with the quality of the product. I wish I realised earlier that they only allow good reviews on their website.

I bought Raedia Facial Cleansing Brush and it’s horribly harsh for my skin. My skin isn’t sensitive whatsoever. Both daily and exfoliating brush hurt my face. Yesterday I used the exfoliating brush for the first time. My beauty spot is not swollen after the use and my face is still red over 24h later! Bare in mind I used it quite gently.

I’m giving 2 stars only because the silicone brush is ok and shipment was fast, but I absolutely don’t recommend the product or the company.

I tried to post the same review with 2 stars on their website, I verified my email address and the message popped out that the review is now live, but the review is not there! If you filter the reviews on their website, it seems like they don’t have any bad reviews which is impossible considering the quality of the product.

DON’T FALL FOR FAKE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!

This pandemic has hit many small businesses and I believe Vanity Planet is one. While their email support team is not privy to respond as quickly, if you message them on FB messenger they are very quick to respond. I received a response in about an hour. They were kind enough to inform me that they were able to send part of my package since one of my items ordered was currently out of stock. (When I had initially placed my order there was no button for pre-order and it was in-stock. Since then, they have updated their website.) Their team is clearly overwhelmed and is working as quickly as possible to resolve all issues. Just give them time, this company isn't a scam. They're just overworked and dealing with many, many customers.

Unbelievably terrible company. They deleted my review on the website!
They sent me a broken item and have only sent me automated responses via email after their customer service hotline instructed me to do so. I think all the positive reviews on the website must be fake because if I look anywhere else, all the reviews are bad. Do not waste your money on this company. I am out 100$ now because of their terrible quality and customer service. I do not recommend to ANYONE. I will never be doing business with this company again.

They never shipped my item. They print the label but never send it.

I wish I saw all of this before I purchased it. My sister has it, and I always heard good things about it. I’m not sure why they are doing this, but if they are having difficulty getting products and shipment because of COVID, then they need to just say that. I order on June 11, they took my money and no confirmation. They turn off all the comments on IG, and clearly no one can reach them. I used PayPal and I’ll give it one more week, and then I’ll get my money back.

I am very disappointing in Vanity planet as a company. As many others, I waited over 5 weeks for my order to arrive without any explanation, updates or respond to emails from Vanity Planet. In the end I got my product and it works fine. Yet It doesn't make up for the worst customer experience I've ever had with a brand. Do yourself a favor and just don't bother ordering there unless you're happy to wait for an uncertain amount of time.

I made an order May 16 2020 and it is now July 15 2020 and still have not received my product. I have reached out several times and they claim the order is on its way,but when I track the order is not received. I requested to have my money refunded but they are not doing that either. I am very dissatisfied with my experience. The blame is on COVID but Amazon and some other small businesses that I have ordered from are not having this issue. Will lot buy from them again

I placed an order for a brush and it said it came with a few bunny hears headband 3 weeks later just the headband turned up. I contacted them only to find out “there is no brushes in stock in the where house near you, contact us in a few weeks to find out if there is stock in again and we will send you a new one” is the response I got??? I asked for a refund and that I will repurchase is when i was ready. I am yet to hear anything

The customer service is horrible they turned off their phone lines and they are not providing orders for 3 to 6 months after they take your money from you I would find product elsewhere

So I ordered a product on May 2,2020. I have paid for the product and have yet to receive it. I have sent multiple e-mails as a phone number gets you nowhere. With each email I get a standard return reply that does not address my situation and the phone number has "been disabled at this time" I don't know where the great reviews are coming from because right now I feel as though I have been robbed. They have my money and I have NO product and they make sure contact with someone in the company is impossible. I am limited on the options I can take but I am not giving up! Just don't believe the hype. If I could rate minus 5 stars I would.

I placed my order on May 6th. I radio station I listen to endorsed it. The lady on there talked about how great it was, even showed herself using it, explained it and all. I'm sure she recieved hers in a timely manner, but I have yet to receive mine. I understand delays with covid, etc.. but were on 2 months here. That is unacceptable. And no excuse from a US company when I live in the US. Just like the other reviews say as far as the poor customer service, and contradictory emails- that's true. My order was "on it's way to usps" may 7th, some other time in june, and again on june 25th. Never updated from there, never got here. I was excited to try. Shame.. shipping was refunded, but the product its self needs to be as well, since I'm obviously never getting it.

Vanity Planet is definitely not a scam website. I own just about every product they have. If u haven't received an item yet, it could be that it was preordered. If you're not comfortable ordering from them, open a PayPal account & pay that way cuz PayPal looks out for your payments plus Vanity Planet accepts them. Their products are awesome, I've been using them for quite awhile especially their steamer & microdermabrasia. I've used salons for over 20 yrs but since finding Vanity Planet I haven't used a salon because I now own the equipment they used on my face. Call them if you have a problem, they'll fix it. The longest an order took was about 7-8 weeks only because it was a preorder and it wouldn't be shipped until a month and a half. You will absolutely love their products (don't know about their cleansers & stuff, don't use that). If you're gonna buy anything, buy the steamer and makeup mirror, my 2 favorites.

I don’t want to even give this company 1 star. Orderd in late April and every time I email regarding my order I get contradicting info one email says it has been sent the next it hasn’t. This page has to be a scam.

Have anyone ever been hacked by this company?

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, SCAM SITE A D THIEVES! I ordered the Raedia from here on May 10th and have YET to RECEIVE MY paid product! I recieved no update nor shipping information update and at this point this company has stolen my money. I went on their site and reviews for this products and the most recent review for the product was last week! How is that possible that I CANNOT get MY product but others HAVE?! SCAM and Thief's! Their site says up to 20 days delay but it has been well over 20 days with NO EXPLANATION expect we cannt predict shipment. Excuse me? This is your company and my well earned money i spent at your site. I am one step closer to going on BBB because BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have been waiting for my order since April. They are very good with replies to their emails, but I now think that they have scammed me. I have asked for a refund, so will see how that goes. I wonder if they will take as long, or if I get any refund at all!

Update 29th June. Have received a refund.

Horrible company: I learned about vanity planet on YouTube searching for something to cleanse my skin. On YouTube it had great reviews I did not do a review search ahead of time I should have I’ve been waiting over a month for my product it still hasn’t come nor has tracking been updated to where it is, how convenient they can’t be reached by phone. They did get back to me thru email with the response of the tracking information still being held at the warehouse. Note that I am two miles away from the company I sent a email asking if I could pick the product up. NO response. I am still waiting. Buyers beware do not support this company nor give any positive advertisement for this Company I myself and others are being scammed. BIG SCAM!!!!

So I placed my order on the Vp website April 22, and after sending so many emails and direct messages to Instagram with no proper reply I finally received my package june 8. I am loving my spin brush but customer service really needs to do better.

do not buy from vanity planet!! i still have not recieved my packed...placed my order a month ago. they said it was due today but tracking link still notes it sitting in some warehouse; the same place it has been for a month! i have sent many emails asking for a refund and they either go ignored or they just reply that the item is on the way. they keep blaming covid, but that is nonsense at this point in time. or they say the carrier just isn't updating their tracking info...again BS as carrier systems are all automated upon scanning barcodes. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

First, I'm writing a review here because every time I write one on Vanity Planet's website it is removed. Which is an issue in itself. I placed an order 6 weeks ago and I have heard NOTHING from Vanity Planet. No order status, no follow-up from my several emails, no opportunity to leave voicemails. This is abhorrent customer service. I highly discourage you from making a purchase.
