Ich habe ein Facial Wand bestellt als ein Geschenk für jemand. Ich habe nach eine Woche kein Versand Bestätigung bekommen und es war deutlich mein Geschenk würde nicht rechtzeitig ankommen. Wie andere schon geschrieben haben kann man nur mittels Email die Firma kontaktieren. Ich habe ein Email geschrieben bezüglich eine Stornierung. Mir würde bestätigt das die Stornierung in die Wege geleitet wurde und ich sollte nach spätestens 7 Tage wieder von die Firma hören. Nach dem ich über eine Woche lang weder ein Versand Bestätigung bekommen habe noch wegen die Stornierung gehört habe, schrieb ich erneut an die Customer Service. Meine Bestellung wurde anscheinend 2 Tage nach dem ich eine Stornierung beantragt habe verschickt und ich wurde nie darüber benachrichtigt. Ich habe erst 10 Tage nach dem Versand von der Kunden Service gehört. Natürlich gibt es keine Retournierung bei internationalen Kunden. Bleib von dieser Firma fern

PLEASE READ SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU! Please read vanity planet policies before purchasing first off. On 11-25-20 I purchased the entire face kit at 50% off. The next day 11-26-20 I received a Black Friday email. Entire purchase 60% off. I called the customer service number. NO one on the other end just a voice recording. Saying any issues please send us an email. So you can’t talk to someone in real time. I emailed my issues trying to save more money. That 10% was 60 dollars I was trying to get back. They said they can’t offer the 60% off. This was the following day after my purchase. I looked them up on BBB and they have a 1.08 rating out of 5 stars. So people please be careful when ordering from vanity planet. If I was you I’d spend my money elsewhere. And when buying a kit you would expect the kit to be cheaper than buying individual pieces. It’s not. The same 5 items I bought in the kit. I would have saved 10 dollars buying them individually. If a company can’t even offer the difference in price one day after purchase. That company isn’t for me I just hope everyone feels the same way I do. I’m not talking 14 plus days after the purchase. I’m talking about 1 day after purchase. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION WHEN PURCHASING FROM vanity planet.

Customer service is awesome! They're able to help me understand why there are delays in shipping. It is understandable that it is due to the pandemic affecting businesses all over the world. I salute the team for still working hard despite what going on.

I second many of the reviews here that state I should have read the reviews. Normally, I do. So sorry I didn’t. I ordered a face steamer and when I opened the box and looked inside, I decided it wasn’t for me. I did not take anything out. When I requested a refund, they told me that wasn’t possible because I had opened the box! Then they had the nerve to offer me a $20.00 gift card to be used toward my next purchase. My next purchase??? I have never encountered something this shady. I got taken, I’m sending the product back anyway.

Bought the facial steamer to give as a gift but I it wasn’t wanted so tried to return it for a refund. I had to return the steamer and then they would decide if i qualified for a refund. Customer service told me the product was damaged or defective but I could have a credit, since the steamer was never taken out of the box it was definitely not damaged. Now they had my returned product and my money. Would not recommend anyone buy from them.

Purchased the spatula from a third party. It charges fully but wouldn’t turn on. When I tried to take it back they said I needed to contact Vanity Planet because it was in internal issue. Contacted them explained the situation. They said they needed my info for a replacement and a picture of the receipt and a video of the product. Sent that to them. Got an email back saying they couldn’t help me because I got it from a third party.. which I had already explained.

Had ordered a set of scales from Vanity planet for a competition as I heard they were accurate, when going on the store and buying the item, I then realized it was a NA store. not even 5 minutes after my purchase I tried to request a refund, it took them 10 days to reply telling me that im not eligible for a refund. when writing a ticket to them not even 5 minutes after my order and it wasnt even processed at the time and yet they still wouldnt refund me MY FIRST AND LAST TIME shopping with an american company, absolute joke

I wish I could have read the reviews before ordering from them. I ordered something and got an email saying that my order was received but never got a tracking number or nothing. I sent an email asking about my order and they tell me that what I ordered the didn't have the color that I chose. Sent them an email back telling them to send me whatever color you do have it doesn't matter. Have not heard anything from them. I ordered this a month ago. Sent them another email last night and asked them to just refund my money back probably not going to get it. I will never order anything from them again ever. Very bad business. By reading the reviews about them they shouldn't be in business. The next time I order something I will be going through Amazon which is what I should have done in the first place. At least I can say that Amazon does refund you your money back. I know this because I'm an Amazon Queen. I love me some Amazon!!

Absolutely shocking
I place a order and now have a £22.48 duties fee being charged.

I already paid for my item and delivery this is false advertising and ripping people off during covid.

SHOCKING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!
European customer, they ship to Europe without any issues but fail to advise you that the items will not work due to US / EU wattage and voltage differences!
Company refuse to refund as all EU sales are Final! They will offer a return but at the buyers expense...
I have requested a GM / CEO contact to send them the nightmare correspondence I’ve been receiving from all the agents looking after this issue but I’m been ignored!
I’m now left with an unusable item and custom fee’s to pay.

Not impressed. You order something and they have a zero return policy if you opened the box. How can you know if it’s something you want if you can’t even look at it. Not even store credit offered. Lame. I wouldn’t buy from a company who doesn’t cater to online ordering and fair return policies.

I ordered for a Essia-Ultrasonic face scrubber weeks age, the waiting time went too long, there was no effective way to track my order, and the final price after changing currency from USD to Canadian didn't make sense to me as there  was a obvious discrepancy that showed they charged me higher than real price, I lost my trust to the company and cancelled my order and asked for refund. now it is more than a week that I am waiting for money to back to my pocket!!! this whole experience is way too far from a professional company, due to Covid we all are experts on on-line shopping at the moment as we weren't before, yet with a big gap this one is the worst experience and most disappointing shopping experience I have ever had, not recommended at all.

Useless. Have been waiting three months for an order. They sent 2 things within the first week but no email to say 2 others were on backorder - didnt say that on the website when i ordered. I received the order and had to email them to ask about the missing items. After multiple emails they have sent one more item and three months later I am still waiting for the other product.
Customer service has been a joke.
Would never recommend.

I’m going to finally weigh in my thoughts about vanity planet. Love their products, BUT if you want your products on time do not I repeat do not expect to get it with in 5-7 days. It’s been a month and 20 days I am still waiting for my shipment. I was in Walmart two nights ago and I saw vanity planet products are sold in their stores. I guess I’m
spoiled I just want my product as promised. I understand covid procedures BUT 1 month and 11 days seems to be a bit much. So if you are not in a rush for your products go for it. If you want your products right away 5-7 days as promised then look somewhere else. At this point I am willing to pay more to get what I want on time. I ordered an item nearly 3 months ago and I still haven’t gotten it. Any time I inquire, I get a cut-and-paste email about how my “warehouse” doesn’t have the item in stock. Yes, duh. I was charged for the item and I haven’t received it, and I don’t know if I ever will. TERRIBLE customer service, and pitiful practice to allow online shoppers to purchase items that aren’t in stock!

I purchased the electric toothbrush. It took nearly three months to arrive and, of course, COVID was to blame. You have to manually move over your teeth just like a regular toothbrush. My electric toothbrush bought at my dentists office does the work for you with $6 replacement heads. This electric toothbrush isn’t powerful enough and my teeth do not feel or look clean. Think blueberry smoothie. The replacement heads do not fit properly onto the slots in the sanitizing port. Therefore, if you’re not extremely careful, they fall over and you can’t close the lid to begin the Sanitation process. I emailed the company and was told they do not take products back after they’ve been used. This is a cheap product and I paid nearly as much as I did at my dentists office for a professional one. I planned on purchasing many items for the girls in my family for birthdays and Christmas, but wouldn’t dare do that now because I don’t want family and friends receiving a crappy gift that they would be stuck with. Don’t waste your time and money.

I placed an order 7 weeks ago and it still hasnt been sent. Apparently the items are sold out yet I wasnt advised of this and I was still able to place an order. How can they sell something thats been sold out and then no communication about it and Im still waiting with no estimated delivery time at all just generic email responses.
Terrible customer service and disgusted in the wait time for an item I have paid quite a lot of money for.
