This is company is a SCAM!!! They never reply to you when you message them or call them!! It’s all about money for this company. Like I know they realize they have terrible customer service and still don’t do anything about it. This will be the first and the last time I order from a company like this. I ordered my products beginning of December, still haven’t received no confirmation and any information of whether or not my products have shipped out yet. It’s sad. I thought this company would be trustworthy. Unfortunately can’t I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau for an investigation because this company is suspicious! Save your time and money, go somewhere else not here!!!

Poor company won't use again
I used the brush. Batteries were cheap or old and ran out quickly. Also caused redness. Once a week maximum. I did have the facial steamer on my Christmas list as hoped it would be more gentle but just took it off as I discovered they support afilliates like Aligreen13 who is openly racist. Won't buy from them again.
Edit. Thanks it is actually my husband's order as brush was a birthday present but I am uncomfortable providing his details as your affiliate Aligreen13 bullies people by posting their contact details online to get sent hatemail.

I love using a facial steamer
I love using a facial steamer, however, I experience a trouble using it. I reached their customer service and they helped me out with the troubleshooting with the user manual provided, and I finally used it with care. I salute their customer service. So I wrote a review on September 17, 2021, on how unhappy I was regarding my purchase at Vanity Planet. Vanity Planet made a comment back under my review and said that a representative would contact me. As of today October 20, 2021, I have received no communication from Vanity Planet!
Why bother telling the customer that you will contact them, when you don’t?

Great customer service response, but poor product quality...
The customer service provided is very prompt, friendly & professional, thus the few stars on my review. The quality of products, however, is not something I can comment positively on. I purchased the facial spa spin brush, it was only used a few times every week & the power button will no longer depress. Unfortunately, my warranty is apparently expired as of 3 mos. ago, so there's nothing that can be done, I'm told. I appreciate their attention to the matter, however, I will not be purchasing from this company again. As another review stated, these facial brushes can be purchased at other much less expensive retailers & do the same job.

I placed an order a couple of nights ago and I received an email letting me know that the LEDA Red | Anti Aging LED Sonic Facial Brush has been removed and cancel from my order and that a refund was submitted. I am waiting for a reply, because I sent them another email letting them know that I would prefer waiting for the item to be back in stock, instead of the refund or for them to provide me with a link when the item is restocked so I can purchase it at the same price I did (very discounted) during my order. I will be very disappointed if they do not honor my request. It will not be good customer service, especially since the item was available when I ordered and paid for it.
I received a reply that they apologize and provided me with a 50% discount code for a future order. the item is listed for $120 regular price and I purchased it with tax and everything for only $45.48, which is around 65% discount not the 50% they are giving me for my future order. I am extremely disappointed that they can't honor me the original price I paid. Especially, since it was their website error that listed the item as being available.
September 13,2021 I am writing again because the Leda Red is available but I sent an email asking how I can purchase this item for the same price of $45.48 which was promised to me at this price but have not received a return email. During my July emails regarding this, I was told I would be able to get it at the discounted price but since there has been no reply I am thinking they have gone back on their word. I am very disappointed with Vanity Fair.

Don't fall VP marketing gimmicks!
As a relatively new connoisseur of beauty products I have say VP has to be the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing products from. Frankly, my experience has been so bad that I think I will put off purchasing beauty items for the near future.
Here's what/is has happened...
I purchased a bunch of VP products after watching a an influencer video on YouTube. The were having their "memorial day sale " - news flash, everyday is a sale and that's just a marketing ploy they use. The products tore at my skin and/or were just redundant of one an other. I've been trying to get a return going (3wks +) and have basically gotten the run around. Between a customer service number that automatically disconnects you to a faulty web page for returns to reps who use stall tactics so you run through their 30 day return policy I had to finally enlist my bank's help. I hope this review helps others avoide mistake I made doing business with VP because I wouldn't wish that on anyone!

I wanted to post an update since initially leaving my review and the subsequent response from Vanity Planet.
Well I didn't think things could get any worse but they have. Essentially, Vanity Planet sold me low quality products that irritated my skin and promised to "make things right" and never did. I was promised a refund back in June and have yet to receive anything. The lack of professionalism is mind blowing it feels as though one is communicating with a bunch of 12 year olds.
Judging from the reviews that came after my initial post Vanity Planet's malficience is widespread. I, for one, am not okay with it. I think everyone who has had a bad experience with this company should tag what transpired(or link trustpilot.com reviews) to a social media post that mentions them...that's what I am going to do!

No CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an order however after 3 minutes after placing the order I immediately asked to have my item cancelled as I was thinking of getting a bundle (more expensive) of 3 items that I wanted to save up for. They sent the item delivered the product anyway. I have emailed 3-4 times requesting a CS number so that I can return it but feel they continue to dismiss me. Please, please can someone respond to my emails?

VP - Conning you for money. Shop at TjMaxx or Marshals.
I found three of the same exact products at Marshall’s and Ross, that I ordered from Vanity Planet. The only difference is that the products from Ross didn’t have a case for the makeup cleaners brush. And the mini cosmetic refrigerator didn’t have a label on it. I spend $30 on the cosmetic fridge, same product number and color, and I spent 12.99 on the makeup cleansing brush, vanity planet charges 3x that amount.

Quite frankly the worst customer service. Ordered a sonic toothbrush and a few hours later requested a refund. Send them 4 emails and msged them on Facebook and Instagram and never received a response!!!! Regret ever buying anything from these people.

Don't buy their trash.
Bought their skincare fridge and it was very poor quality, the door doesn't even seal. Contacted company requesting refund, after 2 weeks of emailing them they denied the refund (even though I provided a video showing the issue). They offered a store credit, which is not what I wanted or have any use for. I then tried to log into my account to see the credit and my account no longer exists. I emailed then 3 more times regarding the new issue and never heard back. This company, their products, and their service are total garbage.

Bad customer service, never received item
I placed an order that they state was delivered. There was no signature confirmation and the package was most likely stolen as I have never received it. The customer service is saying I need to file a complaint with the shipping company and has not provided any helpful way forward. They will not send me the item I paid for or provide a refund since they said once they give it to the shipping company it is out of their hands. That is terrible customer service and how a company can function this way in today's world with packages being stolen in many areas is beyond me. How is it my fault if u don't have signature confirmation for delivery. Without that addon, packages can be left anywhere for anyone.

Aira facial steamer...do not buy
Bought the Aira facial steamer. It was a lovely steamer and I loved the option of using essential oils. I used the steamer for the 3rd time today and the steamer literally made a pop sound and stopped working. I had my face close up to the device as I was using it but moved slightly back when it started to make an odd sound. I don’t know if I would have sustained an injury. This is not good and I’m so disappointed. I paid a lot for it, along with shipping to the UK and duty tax once the item arrived. For paying such a large amount I would not expect it to break. Normally when I’ve spent a bit more than usual on electrical beauty items in the UK the price justifies the quality in that they last a really long time. This price I paid for the steam I just can’t justify gives the poor quality.

I read a lot of reviews AFTER…
I read a lot of reviews AFTER purchasing the facial steamer so I was pretty nervous when a couple weeks went by and I never got a tracking email. Then one day it was at the door! I think they are behind on a lot but be patient with them! I’m so glad I ordered my steamer. I use it multiple times a week and I’ve noticed how great my skin looks!
