So pleased to have found Vampire Outdoors. I am a Scout volunteer and forest school leader, so spend a lot of time outdoors. I'm not plus sized but I sleep like a bent coat hanger and that means I get cold spots on my sleep system, other outdoor outlets can charge a premium for wider fits...I'm also tall so I got a wide and tall bag. It was the cheapest out there for such things.
I also love the fact they cater for people who are plus sizes...people like my wife, whos all calf and hip...so she now uses vampire.
Websites great, service is great and has that independent feel.
Small companies tend to respond to problems quicker and in a more caring manner, so you have a more reassuring transaction...not that I had any problem!

I can say with absolute certainty that this has been the best customer service I've ever received by some way. It shouldn't be that difficult to buy a good technical jacket that fits, but it has been for years until I stumbled on this shop.
